I have phoned 3 or 4 times to have my Pensioner Concession Card recognized and although I have received both gas and electricity bills since my first phone call I have not seen any evidence of a discount. I have been told it will appear in my next bills but that is three months away and if the change has not been made i will have to start over again. Surely there is some way to assure me that the discount will be applied. Please send me some confirmation that the changes have been noted.

Very good experience with AGL, I had to move and it was very easy online and over the phone, the staff is clear and very friendly.
My Card was scammed so I cancelled immediately . I phoned AGL who put hold on my payment via direct debit until I received my new card, I phoned and gave the new card not for direct debit and the account was paid immediately. I received an email thanking me for the payment. and confirming it was back o n direct Debit.
