I had advice that I could apply for the NSW Seniors gas and electricity plans which held the rates for 12 months. It was easy to handle this on line and with out much assistance.

Rang AGL as my current plan was up for renewal. My call was answered by Aimee who made a recommendation on my new plan. Aimee was courteous, efficient and most helpful.

I have always found customer service employees of A.G.L to be very interested in giving all the help possible under any circumstances! Your Australian call centre is first class. The operators know their stuff and are very helpful. This is the main reason I have stayed with AGL. When I have had a problem they stayed in touch and fixed it.

I updated my electricity service to one that gave me the best price so I needed to provide my discount status again as I am on an old age pensioner. The person that spoke with me and updated my details was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. My information was updated quickly.

Everyone said don't trust the major utility companies. What a mistake. The smaller companies suck you in with their joining discounts but jack their prices up once they've got you. When I changed over to AGL electricity the whole process was seamless and I couldn't find anything hidden in the fine print. We have gas & electricity with AGL and will be moving our mobiles & internet over as well in the future. Their prices are a lot cheaper than our current provider
