The person that spoke with me and updated my details was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. My information was updated quickly.

Jun 10,2022Everyone said don't trust the major utility companies. What a mistake. The smaller companies suck you in with their joining discounts but jack their prices up once they've got you. When I changed over to AGL electricity the whole process was seamless and I couldn't find anything hidden in the fine print. We have gas & electricity with AGL and will be moving our mobiles & internet over as well in the future. Their prices are a lot cheaper than our current provider
