AGL works ok for me - meter read EVERY bill and a good solar feed in price. There is nothing more I can ask for .

I have no complaints. I get electricity, direct debit if I'm not in credit. All is rosy.

Gas leak was attended to and repaired extremely quickly, as was my ability to speak to a very helpful AGL receptionist.The technician also restarted my hot water service. Extremely pleased with my interaction with AGL.

For the first time in many years we asked for an extension of time to pay our bill. The customer service officer was attentive and helpful. We find ourselves in this position because we are pensioners living on a limited income. Typically all the utility bills arrive at the same time every three months and with the increase in cost of living and reduced wages, it's difficult balancing the budget and paying everyone on the due date
