For the first time in many years we asked for an extension of time to pay our bill. The customer service officer was attentive and helpful. We find ourselves in this position because we are pensioners living on a limited income. Typically all the utility bills arrive at the same time every three months and with the increase in cost of living and reduced wages, it's difficult balancing the budget and paying everyone on the due date
