AGL offers great customer service, but the pricing for the gas supply was not competitive at the time..
So far so good with the change to AGL. Will revue any increases in the future and determine if it is time to change again. I find there is no loyalty with companies these days, so I challenge you to prove me wrong in this case.

I took up a recent offer to reduce my monthly phone fees by switching my SIM from another provider to AGL. As an existing customer, taking advantage of the offer saved me $120. The customer service person I spoke to was very friendly, detailed about what the process involved and patient with my many questions. It was pretty seamless from my initial enquiry to receiving and setting up my new SIM card.
