I was advised but one of your call staff to send through a photo of my electricity meter. I did this and receved a reply that i have received a credit on my account. I hope that the meter readers do their job and read my meter rather then estimating. There has been no excuse for them to sudden stop reading the meter as i have not had problems all of this time.
At this point everything is going to plan with my move Will keep you informed !

From the day I contacted AGL regarding my request for a Smart Meter, follow up messages tracking the technicians visit for the installation have been very good; right down to a call when the crew was leaving their current job, advising me of an eta at my home.
Great service, but some problems finding my payment for the internet.

Wonderful service-we shifted to an island-no worries AGL were right on the ball. We have not had solar panels in our original house, but with the AGL AP we are able to see up to date that the system is working & how our bill is going - magic! Extremely happy thank you.
