May 15,2022I can only comment on the renewal process of my landlord's building/contents/rent guarantee insurance policies. I have not made claims on any of these so do not know how efficient or co-operative their services are. The price and scope of these polices are very competitive and the process to purchase was made very easy by the staff.

Apr 30,2022In this case my mum is the customer, not me. I paid my mum's insurance with her debit card over the phone as she doesn't have the internet. A very friendly and helpfu staff member at Alan Boswell's then emailed me a receipt to pass on to my mum. Very quick and easy and stops my elderly mum from worrying. Thankyou.

Apr 02,2022Really disappointed with the whole renewal process. A young lady on the phone was abrupt in telling me I couldn't renew the policy on the phone and had to do it online (although it said on the email I received that I could do it on the phone). I have also not received any confirmation that the policy has gone through and as far as I am aware, ni paperwork has been issued. I will have to chase this up this week.
