So rang up and spoke to a very nice lady - Alison, who talked me through the whole process, so renewed by insurance and will carry on for another year. I was that close to shutting down my business. So thank you Alison.

Sep 01,2022Only on this occasion..I had to ring up to get a quote on my annual property insurance a week before the renewal date. I received the quote promptly the next day by email. I paid the quotation price that day/next day. But now a just over a week later I received two identical letters on the same day by post quoting for the renewal!!!

Jun 04,2022How readily they accept and process a claim will tell you more about an insurance organisation. Without that, you're judging on the efficiency and annual premium cost only. Whilst ABG have been efficient, I could get no answer to my question as to why my premium had increased by 63% with no changes in policy, property or tennancy.
