Mar 08,2022Very bad customer service. Worst ever ! We have a claim since last year , they basically supposed to arrange the repairs on our Van that was damaged by a couple that hired it . However they fail providing us places to got to get the panel fixed,we had to do all our estimate repair cost our self (I had previously a car incident before and all my insurance always provided me the place to go) after we found the coat and repair place they offered us 1/3 of the cost for the repairs stating that was they final offer . Basically the cost are 5k they offer us 2k ! Finding poor excuse. Bad customer service, take ages to respond to our complaint…email …. and cause of them we have lost a load of booking due to the damage done and the poor looking condition of our van …. Avoid avoid avoid ! They are not fair with their customers!

Jan 16,2022There is an emergency from last 10 hrs, we have a burst pipe the house is leaking. The home emergency cover is careless, everytime you call them they say our contractor will call you soon. 10 hrs and tenants are waiting, no water in the house, no electricity, its freezing cold. If you are buying an insurance from them, think twice before buying home emergency with them!!!
