Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. Our friendly staff have over 30 years of experience in the UPVC products industry and strive to make the very best of your home in order to improve your overall comfort, security and the quality of your family life.

Jan 10,2025Sales man came over told him the price is too high for my budget so i don't think ill go ahead on £7.5k for 2 bays and 2 single windows, took so long in the house also almost 1 hour. I ended up putting down a £50 deposit and then cancelled this 2 days later via email (first time sales man gave me incorrect email address then a day after that I email the correct address). First time i called up the returns department was not in, and the lady did not know when she would be in. Second time, I was told I will get a refund the following week Third time I got told ill get the refund the following week also ( which I did) So 2 emails and 3 phone calls later has now become 30 days I still didn't have a refund on £50. I wouldn't be bothered over £50 usually. But with the cost of living, any amount of money is useful to me especially if its mine. UPDATE: I did receive the refund in the end. But still 1 star as I had to chase them up 3-4 times for it

Jan 07,2025The workers were absolutely brilliant. Kept everything clean and tidy. We’re very polite. And done an excellent job of replacing our upstairs windows. Even left instructions of what not to do with the windows for the next few days etc. would highly recommend

Jan 07,2025Polena the sales lady was friendly knowledgeable and answered any questions we had . We ordered 3 new doors ( 1 composite) all with glass side panels plus 9 doors and they were fitted within 3 weeks from order date. The 2 lads fitted the doors on Monday and cleaned up at the end . They came back the following morning which was surprising as we had heavy snow overnight and they had travelled a good distance to get to us. Our lounge window is 20' x 5' so had to call in other men as it was a big job to remove it . They removed all the other windows too except for one so it was very cold in the house ..not sure why they did it that way 😅 The 2 lads worked up until 8pm so that the job was totally completed. I expected to be invoiced for the job within a few days as obviously couldn't check everything over in the dark . Unfortunately I was told that they couldn't leave until the other 9k was paid . I was on my own as my husband had gone to a meeting so couldn't contact him . It felt slightly intimidating and I'm quite a fiesty older lady . The lads did say that they would wait until 10p.m until he came home for payment . We have separate bank accounts to each other so I had to jiggle money around to get the outstanding 9k together. That is the only thing I can fault this company on as otherwise have been very good .

Dec 21,2024The turn arround from quote to fitting was quick at 20days with the install planned over two days. The surveyor was very thorough in his checks. And the fitting team were brill, very efficient and accomodated my husband's humour! They also left some trim for one window as we requested it not be fitted yet, as some DIY work is ongoing in that particular room. NG10803

Dec 19,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The quality of the work is shocking, they are coming out to make repairs again at my property which is the 5th or 6th time now I can’t remember it’s that many and it’s only been installed a few months. No matter what they quote you pay more and use someone else or you’ll regret it in the long run like I am. As usual they’ll respond to this saying how sorry they are to hear about the problems I’ve had but they actually couldn’t care less.

Cleared up the mess afterwards . Sales lady who came round was around 40 minutes with no pressure sales and very knowledgeable of her work .

Dec 16,2024I'm not giving them 1 star but it wouldn't let me put no stars please do not have this company to do anything on your property. We are 12 weeks into a job of fitting windows and a door they promise you they will be there and don't turn up then they turn up and make things worse. I had to guys all last week and now not coming back to finish the job till Thursday after the manager told me they will finish the job last week or work might carry over to the beginning of this week. The scaffolding has been up and down 4 times on my garden. I've had to put off other tradesmen till after Christmas. I've also got over one hundred photos and videos of their shocking work.

Dec 15,2024Would be 5 star were it not for the fact that I keep emailing about a missing piece and despite at least 3 promises that I will receive said piece, thus far it has not arrived. The missing piece finally arrived in the post. changed to 5 star.

Dec 15,2024We had 4 windows installed in November and a week later noticed, particularly when the sun was shining through (which WAS a week later) that there were lines underneath the leading detail. Having tried several methods from hot soapy water, white vinegar and proprietary glass cleaners for both home and car they were still there. Called and explained and sent photos showing that the problem appeared to be actually inside the glass rather than the outside. After a discussion the glass manufacturers who requested a visit was made to look at the problem this was done. An acetone cleaner was used with vigorous rubbing and this did remove SOME of the marks. So come the marks were gone, but, the cleaner used seems to leave a water repellent surface so actually cleaning the windows now leaves a streaky residue. Water runs down the glass. We agreed to leave them for a few weeks to see what happens. The window cleaners will be here in that period with their 'smart' water system so will review again once this has been done.

Dec 15,2024Relative of mine had AWR fit the whole house out with windows and doors, made a great job, cost about 14K, they filled in a recommendation card with my name on which meant they would get £100 if ordered windows. I placed an order with them for a door and 11 windows which cost about 10K, not a bad little order, mt relative rec’d nothing. I must have spoke to AWR at least a dozen times to say they had not rec’d anything, each time they promised to sort it out but still nothing, last time I spoke to them they said a cheque was on its way to me, nothing. They made a great job of the windows but it was a waste of time filling in one of their cards to recommend a friend because they don’t honour their promises, I have given up with them now.

Installation was quick, mess free and ensured all in good working order and we were happy with our product before they left. No issues throughout. We would definitely consider using AWR services again.
