I was initially using the mortgage lender’s appointed solicitors who did virtually nothing for months and the chain was at risk of collapsing. In a bit of a panic I instructed Amphlett Lissimore who completed the transaction within a couple of weeks. They were very efficient and kept me regularly updated.
