AL quickly obtained a copy of the lease from the landlord and the buyer's questions were promptly dealt with. From receiving their quote to completion was just under 7 weeks. Very impressive service.

In her absence Johanna was also incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate to contact me when appropriate and ensured all messages were passed on and completed. I also found Claire to be really supportive of my seemingly silly questions and she talked me through the nuances of my case with patience and clarity and i can honestly say that she treated me very kindly, much appreciated in these complex and sometimes tasking matters.
