Nov 27,2015I purchased an Optivizor from ArcataPet for my Pug, who is missing one eye and blind in the other. I ordered from Amazon the first time, and it arrived quickly. The fit didn't seem right, so I ended up ordering a size smaller from their web sight. That was too small, so I ordered a size bigger, again from their web sight. That was too big. My poor Pug is between sizes. I ended up keeping the original one, since it fit the best, and will make it work. During all these transactions, ArcataPet was quick to answer all of my e-mails, they discussed my situation with the manufacturer, and were quick to order and ship replacements. I can't say I've had a better customer experience. They even called me to avoid further delay with trying to communicate through e-mails. Simply an excellent company that I will gladly do business with again!!! Thanks Arcata!

The sizing information provided was incredibly helpful. My patient is very small and xxsmall harnesses are very hard to come by. I will definitely return for more products in the future.
