Aug 25,2015I was looking for a 'Bite Not' collar for my dog. Arcata Pet was a recommended dealer of Bite Not products so I called them direct to ask some questions. It was late in the day, Kodee was the Sales person I spoke with. Extremely helpful with both the product knowledge, how to measure for the best fit, and with shipping options. All of this help was given BEFORE I had even placed an order. I will definitely order from Arcata Pet again, purely based on the excellent level of customer service I received from Kodee.
