Jul 24,2015Needed to stock up on supplies that I just can't find around here- I have 6 finches and 6 button quail. Sure, I can find bird food here, but everything else, well, not so easy. So, I went online but found only one place that had everything I wanted, Arcata. My order was sent to me well packaged with tracking but I wish USPS shipping options were avail and not just limited to FedEx. Considering the overall ease in shopping with them, I will likely return when I exhaust these supplies but allowing an extra window of time to receive it (FedEx delivers but once or twice weekly, no matter if the order is ready.) I also like that Arcata is personable- they don't shoot off canned automatic emails, but instead have a live person familiar with my order when it comes time to update order status by email. More favorable than not of an experience and I do a lot of online shopping with a variety of businesses for my needs.

Jul 17,2015Excellent products with high quality. I ordered some shipping pet bowls. I normally buy the ones at petsmart for 4.99 each. Petsmart does not carry the bowls any longer so I searched and found Arcata pet products. I ordered the bowls and I will tell you the bowls are better quality and bigger than the other I've seen. The company shipped my product fast. I am very pleased. I will do more business soon

Jul 03,2015ArcataPet has an easy to use website. They sent out my order the same day. It arrived quickly and everything was correct, which is becoming rarer these days. I will definitely order from them again and refer friends to them. They carry hard to find items. They are the only place that has the harness that I prefer for my dogs.

Arcata Pet not only have the product that my cat loves, the price was the best deal I can find and whenever I order Sunday, the food will be delivered on Wednesday. Definitely recommended my other pet parents to order from this store. Great service!

Jul 29,2015Our red ear slider turtles love Omega One Turtle Sticks and buying the 12.5 oz container was getting rather tedious. We searched for the 10lb bucket and only found a few places that carried it. Arcata Pet has been great at getting our order to us even though we are located way off the beaten path. They have great customer service and let us know if they need to order more in so we can plan accordingly. We will definitely continue to order from them. Thank you Arcata Pet!
