Oct 07,2015I ordered online and my order shipped so fast I couldn't believe it. I live all the way cross country in Michigan. I ordered an 18 Pk of leads. Very satisfied. They were a great price and the quality was awesome. Will definitely order from them again and will tell all my family n friends about them as well.

Oct 06,2015I ordered a 10LB of fish flake foods, its arrive with a hole on the bottom and weigh total 7.8. Its happened somewhere in UPS. I emailed Aracata, Chris replied to me and I gave him a call, he did the particular refunded, which is more than I lost. Will buy again, service like these are hard to find. Most place will sell to you and forget about you. Joe

Sep 30,2015I ordered three toy mice with real fur. My cats immediately grabbed the toy and started playing with it. They only stopped when my toy fox terrier picked it up in his mouth and ran away with it. When it dries off again, the cats will be back with it. Arrived fast.

Sep 27,2015The ferret food we give our critters was discontinued by the manufacturer without our knowledge. We did not have enough time or food to get them acclimated to new food so we had to find the old stuff, and fast. ArcataPet was literally the only place I could find in the country that had it in stock. Customer service over the phone was friendly and helpful. The ordering process online was fast and easy, they keep you very informed with emails and tracking numbers. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and it arrived at my house in Ohio on Monday! The expiration date on the food was over 6 months out as well! I highly recommend ArcataPet and I will use them again.

Sep 22,2015I searched all over the internet for these bird cage bowls and was not able to find them. The original bird cage manufacturer stopped making cages in 2009 and had depleted their inventory of the bowls. I call Arcata Pet Supplies and they took the time to verify the bowl dimensions with me and to ensure that these replacement bowls would fit and work in my bird cage. That's what I call excellent customer service... thank you again.

Sep 17,2015It is getting harder to find on-line pet supply stores that offer single can sales. Many sites have gone to case lots only. I really appreciate the ability to try different foods for our boys without have to commit to larger orders. Thank you Arcatapet. This may have been my first order but it won't be the last.

Sep 02,2015almost impossible to find a red reflective heart shaped cat tag! My Idiot cat terrified himself 2 weeks ago and managed to destroy his old one and trying to find a new one! OH YA! they don't exist anymore! Kept searching and finally stumbled on Arcata and YES! they had them and a few other nifty things! Christmas ain't that far away! Ordering was no problem and everything showed up very quickly! My only problem where did I put those 4 other tags! OH WELL! But yes I'd certainly use them again!!! No complaints here At least I now have my Kitten of the Heart back With a mostly Black Tuxedo that Red Heart show nice on his White Bib!

Aug 31,2015After my blind senior poodle mix had another issue with elevated eye pressure the vet recommended she wear the dreaded cone of shame. Even though I decorated the cone, it is still a cone and people assume my dog is sick and move away - forget what other dogs think. I found Arcata carried the Optivizor and ordered a small. Within days it arrived, but it was too big. I called Arcata on a Saturday and to my surprise a live person answered. They patiently walked my through how to correctly measure. I ended up ordering the mini mini short snout. Within 2 days it arrived. It is a perfect fit. Thanks Arcata!

Oct 07,2015This was the first time I had ordered anything from Arcata. I placed my order with Arcata around noon ET and received notice later that same day that my items had shipped. I got the order 2 days later via USPS. The collar I ordered for my dog was relatively inexpensive so I wasn't sure how good the quality would be. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was made in the USA and made very well, with quality materials. I plan to order a couple more and in different colors and maybe a few matching leashes on my next order. I also ordered a one lb bag of UPCO bone meal which was priced competitively with the manufacturers price. So my first experience with Arcata was pretty darn good! C. Carlson, South Carolina
