May 02,2015I put in an order for several of the same item- a squeaking football that is, for whatever reason, the one and only toy my rescue dog will play with (he never played with anything before this). Upon delivery, however, there was one toy that did not squeak. I contacted the company by email and heard back within minutes (from a person!), despite the fact that it was late in the evening. They sent me a free replacement immediately with their apologies for not catching it, and without asking for a return. It came within three days. It's one thing to place an order through a company, it's another to see how they handle any mistakes. I fully recommend ordering from Arcata Pet.

Apr 25,2015I was pleased that their priority mailing actually shipped with priority mail speeds. I say that because they have so many warnings about shipping times that it makes you wonder if anything will get there on time. Silly to mention? Maybe. But I think a simple statement of average shipping times, when they ship packages, and then stating that "no times can be guaranteed, for delivery issues, please contact the carrier" would have sufficed. I like that their motto is real people contacting you, but I do wish there was more of it through the order process. I also like that I'm not signed up for some random mailing list with continual sales and advertisements like I've had on other websites. But, the product was exactly what we were looking for, fits our needs perfectly, and noone else had it, not even Amazon, so definitely would do business with them again.

Apr 25,2015Very satisfied with the purchase but didn't receive 5 stars due to lack of follow up communication after initial order confirmation. Only a order confirmation, and that's it. They actually have fine print to state that is all they email. Post purchase communication could be a little enhanced. Otherwise a fluid transaction.

Apr 18,2015I ordered 2 'talking' koalas. They are almost too cute to give to the dogs! They giggle when squeezed, and the giggle is infectious. They were reasonably priced and were shipped extremely fast. Will shop here again.

Apr 11,2015I only ordered one product from the company but three different times. Every time it was delivered in less than a week. We are in North Pole Alaska and very often we wait for over three weeks before orders arrive from other shippers. It was shipped in USPS flat rate box which is the least expensive way to ship to Alaska. It's obviously fast as well. I received e-mails on the status of an order right away. I also want to say that when I first started looking for the product (Lori bird food) I could not find it anywhere locally even though I bought the bird locally at Petco. Now Petco carries the food again but they charge $32 for a pound of it and I paid $60 at Arcata for 10 pounds of it plus $12 shipping. That is five to times more food for the money! I will be checking out other products as well. Very good choice of company!

Apr 02,2015I have bought these several times before. They are the perfect sanitary diapers for when your dog is in heat. I love that they are thin and not bulky and uncomfortable. My last female never bothered with them, I have a new pup that is almost 6 months so I got some for just in case. I wish they had more than 1 pair though!
