I am a small time hobby breeder of Parrotlets & Linnies and I always like to send my little guys home with a toy, especially one that they have played with and enjoyed, a little bit of home you might say! I am always looking for a deal online but I find myself always coming back to ArcataPet, they have just what I want, the best price and shipping is quick. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Apr 14,2014The dog bowls for our large raised feeder (that is over 15 yrs old) were more than ready to be replaced--but I had not been able to find replacement bowls for it and I didn't want to buy another feeder. I was so happy to find that Arcata sells the replacement bowls. Their service is superb! I received the bowls way sooner than I expected them! I think I ordered on a Sunday and had the bowls (in Texas) by Tuesday! Highly recommended!

Apr 13,2014I was looking for certain items for my Parrot at a good price and I found them all here at ArcataPet. I have never heard of them before and I am so glad I found them. Everything was fresh and the price was the best. I have a happy bird! And they have a returning customer. I had questions before I ordered and called them. They were very helpful and It was like talking to an old lost friend! We had a great conversation! LOL That alone was comforting with a company I never heard of.

Apr 06,2014I'd searched high and low, both locally and on-line, for a simple item you can hold between two fingers, and I was having two kinds of luck finding this item, 'slim' and 'none' !! .... that is until I found a reference to ArcataPet, on Amazon!!! ..... They not only HAD the items I needed, they had them available in a wide variety of colors, and in convenient numbers to purchase, from ONE on up !! .... and based on the great information they listed about the item, I was able to order the correct size, with confidence, which had been a major concern. ArcataPet's price for this item was very reasonable, and the style is a much safer design than I'd had years ago, and much easier to apply. Correspondence about my order was almost instantaneous, and shipping followed immediately, arriving safely in two days!!. I can now put colorful, numbered Identification bands, that fit properly on the legs of my two dozen gorgeous Peahens and Peacocks !! All I have to do now ... is manage to catch them!!!! Will certainly turn to ArcataPet for my other 'animal' product needs.

Apr 02,2014I recently placed an online order for two Repti Nocturnal Heat Lamps for our Russian tortoise's terrarium. Navigating the website was easy, and placing the order was straightforward. I received a timely email confirmation, and the lamps were in my P.O. box two days later. Arcata Pet is a professional company with very good customer service and reasonably competitive prices. I'd order again.

Our dog is much happier now with a more comfortable cone...if only she would stop licking her paw, we wouldn't need it....but sadly we do!
