Jan 26,2014I ordered a couple of thinline tubes which are very hard to come by, but yet, ArcataPet.com had just what I needed. To my surprise, I received an email about two hours after ordering online that my order had been shipped. Now THAT'S service! My order arrived about three days later, shipped in a triangular box in great condition. I have nothing but good things to say about ArcataPet.com and will continue to use their services whenever I need pet supplies. Bravo Arcata!

Jan 24,2014My lovebird loves the bird hut, he chews the cords but then I use plastic attach to hang them. I ordered another 4 so then shipping per unit is cheaper. Toy prices are very good compared to Canadian prices.

Dec 06,2013I used Arcata Pet for the first time and had absolutely no problems with them. I was searching for a specific Golden Retriever car decal, and I found it on their website. The price was even lower than expected, so I ordered online. The process was simple and the shipping charges were reasonable. I received the decal in about a week! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend friends!

Dec 05,2013Fleece dog bones are getting harder to find. My cocker spaniel loves them to pieces, literally! I used to get the 15" ones that were almost as big as he is, but I cannot find them anywhere. I ordered 12" ones at this store online, they were reasonably priced and arrived on time in perfect condition. I will be ordering from this company for all my pet needs in the future.

I am SO PLEASED with the collars that I got from your company because they met all my criteria. They are sturdy, attractive and easy to use. They have now withstood the very aggressive play of two male puppies who actually grab the collars with their teeth as they play and tumble.
