Jan 21,2025Mattresses are such a personal purchase and visits to other stores made me feel so rushed and pressured I ended up just making excuses and leaving. When we walked into Archers we were meet by a very friendly guy called Joe, he directed to the mattresses, asked if we knew what we were looking for or if we needed a bit of time. Told him we'd appreciate just having an opportunity to browse and maybe try a few on our own. He was great, left us for a while then checked in to see of we needed any assistance. Joe was friendly and helpful and at no point did I feel like I HAD to make a purchase. Service like this is what makes me want to buy from a company. Narrowed it down to a few, Joe talked about the pros and cons etc of the ones we were considering a decision was made. They paperwork was quick and easy to complete, delivery was booked in for 2 days time and we were walked to the door. Great experience, would definitely go back and happily recommend to others.

Jan 21,2025Terrible. I had to cancel my order and there wasn't much of a concern. I don't think I got one apology. Bed wasn't delivered as courier "could not find the flat". Took a day off the next day to wait in for the delivery, called Archers who basically said that in their experience it wouldn't come today despite it being requested. I then found out my mattress, that I ordered with the bed, was coming today? Why separately when I ordered together? Decided that i would rather take my business elsewhere so cancelled. Wouldn't recommend.
