Jan 19,2025Yet again I have visited this Hillington store. On this occasion it was to buy pillows to go with my recent bed purchase. When I walked through the door Campbell was sitting behind the desk. He recognised me immediately and stopped what he was doing to say hello. He let me have time to myself to browse the shop to find a suitable pillow. He came up to see me and he answered all my questions about pillows. He demonstrated a great knowledge about getting the correct pillow for the type of sleeper you are. I’m a side sleeper and with this known he guided me to the perfect pillow within my budget. I have a family member who has an upcoming birthday so as a result of the great service I purchased a divan bed base as a gift. I just shows that good service does have its rewards.

Very professional, pleasant and helpful staff and the one store we found able to supply quality furniture to meet all of our requirements. I should add that the Ayr store's Jim Burleigh was a pleasure to deal with.

Jan 19,2025Purchasing my bed mattress was easily one of the most pleasant, hassle free experience I've had when making a purchase. No pushy sales tactics like most places. We were given all the info on what the different types of bed were by a chap called Wes who explained which beds would be best suited to my sleeping habits. Being a person that suffers from shoulder pain he suggested a soft bed with side support. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and a big thanks to Wes for pointing me in the right direction.

Dennis asked if we needed any help and provided us with the information we needed and left us too it, so we could browse the shop (Uddingston store) without him standing over us. When we were ready we had Dennis help us with our order. He was super friendly, approachable and answered any questions we needed answered and helped us choose the best mattress for me and my partner after narrowing down to a few. Would 100% recommend archers especially Dennis to anyone looking for a new mattress.

She indentfied the type of bed we wanted quickly and within budget. Would highly recommend Lynne and Archers again.
