James (Stewart) was very knowledgeable in terms of the products and reassured us about the fact nothing had changed with the mattress by showing us online. He tried a potential price match that I’d found but when that didn’t work out he got us a great deal. We didn’t feel rushed despite the fact he knew we were just coming in to buy.

Your sales-person Michele approached and offered assistance. She was extremely helpful but not 'pushy' to make a sale. She was very knowledgable about all the choices available and quickly understood what our requirements. Jan 16,2025Nice looking wooden bed and happy with the price and delivery. Staff in the shop were very helpful and not overbearing. Disappointed with the quality of workmanship on the "unseen" parts, especially the wooden slats which were surprisingly very rough cut. Took me an hour to sand them all down!!

Jan 15,2025When we entered the shop the salesperson approached us to ask what we were looking for and he took us to where the mattresses were on display. He then left us to have a wee browse and said he would come back to help if we hadn’t made our mind up, which I prefer rather than a salesperson hanging round while you make up your mind. James Stewart at Cumbernauld was our salesman and his knowledge and helpfulness was first class.

Jan 15,2025Delivery wasn’t great was told would get text night before with time slot. Didn’t get text until on the day of delivery, then after time slot passed for a call to say running and hour and half behind. Also the matress I was shown in store to buy was grey round side and back but when matress arrived it was all white.
