Easy switch no hassle and a great price
Took out a monthly sim only with Asda and found the transition from my old provider easy with the help of a lovely Customer Service Advisor. Thus far all is good.
Simple to use. At 85 this is paramount.
Decided to go with asda mobile as good price for SIM only contract. Very easy to order. Delivery super quick and all sorted in couple days from ordering.
To be fair the kind gent who helped me did everything he had to in order to recover a number I hadn't used for over six months and he was very patient whilst I was faffing a bit! He wasn't able to help with my WhatsApp query but then he didn't have to. The phone was answered almost immediately and the best thing is that I could speak to a human! You've got me for life! Actually give the man a 10!
Terrible customer service (email) Different person responding each time, asking for same information over and over. Problem not resolved after more than 10 days of trying. Cancelled order in the end and went with a different provider!
Wouldn't even cong txt to Vodafone and customer services were useless. Put the Sim card in the bin

Very polite and helpful staff very quick process to change to old number and patient staff member. Cheaper than previous provider sky by 50% for same service. Highly recommend
Changeover went well and customer service was good when needed to call them.
Sim working well and reception seems ok, but initial set up didn’t go as smoothly as hoped and the app doesn’t allow you to log in directly if you are on pay as you go rolling contract. You have to say you are on a contract, then from that login screen press back. Then go to menu and select account and only then can you log in.
Great value deal. Very helpful when I had a problem connecting.
