Ordered a contract sim it never showed up..contacted customer services they said will send a new one out 6 days ago and still not here..not a great first impression 😫

App didn't work. Stupid cloud flare blocking. Didn't go with you in the end. Terrible response time from customer service. And then they couldn't confirm future pay rises or not. All in all, terrible

Issues still outstanding. Contacted customer services many times - app is terrible- keeps logging me out - loose coverage on phone occasionally. There is room for improvement.

I have placed an order around 34 £ and booked slot of home delivery from 4pm to 5 pm and then no one comes to deliver but still marked it as delivered I contacted with customer service and asked them to contact the driver but they told me they are unable to contact either driver or store and i insist them to contact, later they told me the store won’t answer their phone and only promised me to issue refund, so basically I spent good money and time but get nothing except uncertainty and still have to wait my money back to my account in 5 days and more importantly I have to figure out my weekly supply elsewhere that is how they treat their customers and I can’t imagine those kind of scams still exist in 2024 To summarize the overall: I payed money to their account and get nothing but take the risk of getting my money back in 5 working days Update: now I have received my order after they later delivery without noticing me before and I am contacting the customer team to cancel my refund

The £4 a month deal is ideal for the needs of my wife who just wants it for emergencies and the occasional call but the only problem was the bebsite in setting it up which was not easy

Still waiting for a SIM card that was ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Advertised as first class post but they said allow 3-5 days for delivery on order confirmation. Chased up by email but still waiting!

Their app is absolutely rubbish! You can’t log in, then you can, then you can’t. It tells you your password is wrong even tho it works on the website. The whole experience of the app put me off using them so the sim I paid for got binned.

Excellent price for SIM card package and in particular I was impressed by the very helpful customer service support that I received. The only downside was the problems associated with trying to access the website and register the SIM card, not straight forward!

I gave them 1 star because I am unable to give them less than that. My problems began on being blocked from the Asda mobile website after taking a phone contract. I tried to speak to someone on the phone, to help, on two occasions, the service was abysmal, so I decided to email their customer services to end the contract under the cooling off period. They took three days to respond, asking for my number, which I gave. 6 days later and no response.
