Purchased a SIM only monthly contract from Asda Couldn't get it set up so had to phone customer service. They were brilliant. Sorted it all out within minutes. Very friendly and helpful. Great Service

I am in contact with your team regarding WiFi calling. I am waiting for them to get back to me. I would like to cancel my contract as I have no phone at home and limited coverage everywhere else. I am disappointed, but know the area I live in, isn't always covered by every provider

You kept telling me to register when my granddaughter already had to me this smacks of harassment it would seem that something your end was down and it wasn’t showing the phone as registered don’t consider this a 5* rating at all happy to help? Nah

Couldn’t get new number to connect online and had to call support 3 times in 12 hours. Cancelled and left within 24 hours of delivery of the sim. Go with someone who can handle the technology required to provide a service

I had to ring the call centre, which I presume is in India, two different guys I spoke to said the change over from my previous supplier was complete, even though I couldn’t use my phone, after the third phone call to a female she informed me it wasn’t complete and wouldn’t go through until the following day between 5pm and 7pm. She was correct and obviously they were wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️

The PAYG SIM arrived very promptly, which is excellent, however, things went downhill from there - despite numerous attempts, I have not been able to activate the SIM - the activation code (to be sent by text) never arrived. I have also tried to set up an account in the hope that it might alleviate the activation problem, but that also turns out to be impossible - received verification email etc, but account is not registered in the system. Finally, contacted customer services - they can help me set up payment etc, but not activate the SIM.

I recently had to ask Asda Mobile Customer Services for help in regaining access to a mobile SIM number. Mammoud dealt swiftly and efficiently with my problem. Earlier, Habiba was equally impressive, but couldn't resolve my query, due to my inability to supply the security check information, at that time. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the competence of the Customer Service staff (praise where it's due...😃)

The girl who handled my problem listened carefully, didn’t have selling me something as the priority, and then found a useful workaround to my issue. Top marks to her and Asda based on this experience.

Asda mobile has been trying to sort out transferring my number since 27 January 2025. My connection has now stopped so have no access to phone since mid afternoon on 14-2-2025.

I didn't receive my sim within 5 working days and after calling and being told it would take 2-3 days, I still didn't receive is until after this timescale. I have today tried to update my account with the sim and number I received but I wasn't receiving the authorisation code. I called the support line to be told that there were technical issues their end and although I couldn't update my account yet, my mobile number would be working.
