Dec 14,2024Only sim I could find without data allowance, for my data free mobile phone. Reflected in good price. 2g worked perfectly, which it didn't on my previous O2 account (at more than double the price and recently further increased!). Some slight admin confusion, hence loss of 1 star, but fairly easily put right. Good.

Dec 13,2024I have been a loyal customer for years but lately when someone has made a phone call for me I'm deaf so can't do it myself anyway after the call they take the monthly payment and I wasn't owing it now after the last call they tried to take the months payment again sent me an email saying the payment failed and closed my account no idea why it failed as I have money in the bank but they owe me and shouldn't have been trying to take it anyway so I'm going to go with tessco I have heard better things about tessco so anyone thinks about Asda think we'll about it

Dec 13,2024Great deal. Easy setup. However signal from network is poor at home. Worse than previous provider. Used to get 4 or 5g signal but now hardly at all. Not having a land line I need a good signal. Wifi calling works better but calls still break up or fail. Net work map shows srea has good coverage but obviously not the case. Maybe not such a great deal after all?
