Website works as of when it wants, virtually impossible to set up your online account as you never receive an activation code.
I was able to resolve my problem on Christmas Day
ASDA website, customer services and price were excellent however on loading the sim the signal dropped to unacceptable levels, apparently due to me living in a Vodafone black spot. Have had to find an alternative provider who uses the 02 or EE networks.
Absolutely disgusting company. They make it almost impossible to cancel even though I have no contract. There’s no excuse for not having a “cancel” button when the entire point of having an online account is being able to manage everything from your phone. I cannot say this strongly enough: DO NOT USE ASDA MOBILE.
Recklessly disconnected number without giving option to take to another provider or other communication

SIM card didn’t turn up
My free Asda sim card came really quick, after putting it in my phone, then the nightmare began. Try to register my card and it kept going back to the start page, phoned up about 5 times and was told it take a couple of days. I gave them my old number as wanted to keep it. Once that was sorted, thought I could register still couldn't, ended up 3 days without a phone. Phoned them a again and ended up saying I need my phone for work. Said they can take payment over the phone and I can make calls. Why didn't say that at the start? Now a week later I still can't register.
Everything that could possibly go wrong. Dreadful.
Every month my bundle fails to renew and I have to wait with no service until the app allows me to manually renew. Spoken to customer services on numerous occasions but still not resolved. This problem has been known about since 2022 and nothing seems to have been done. I, like many others will be looking elsewhere. Now I'll get the "reach out to customer services" response. What a company!
Was unable to help with the problem I had with registration , the site and phone call at the end I still had the same problem.

Waste of £4 and time. Website doesn't work, gave up and got an o2 sim card instead.
