so glad i made the decision to go with asda mobile grateful for your support but the only thing i have is i got a second sim card for you for my granddaughter phone but i canβt add it to my own account so i can monitor the card i have spoken to your support team but they couldnβt help me so sad i just wanted to monitor the data so on when i looked the problem on your site it said i could have up to 3 accounts on my account but this not the case
I have been requested by ASDA to update the expiry date on my debit card. However, using the link provided this is not possible, I keep going around in circles and do not get any results and cannot update the expiry date on the card. In December, I ended up paying for four months in advance as ASDA could not take the requested amount after requesting the amount three times and I ended up paying with another debit card. ASDA then took the three payments it had requested from the original debit card. So now I am in credit no refund offered. I do not know who wrote the software for ASDA, but it is not fit for purpose!
Please please please do not use this company!! I saw a good deal through a price comparison site and signed up with no issue through the website. I was advised my sim would be received within 2-5 working days. After 8 working days I rang customer services as a sim wasn't received or even despatched. I am pretty sure this is a foreign call centre and was very unhelpful, making me repeatedly answer unnecessary 'security' questions. I was advised a new sim would be sent out. I received a despatch email but the sim is yet to arrive. In the meantime I made a complaint. I received a response asking me to answer 'security questions' I answered and received another email asking me to answer the SAME questions. I have now made a request to cancel as I am within my 14 days cooling off period. I doubt they are going to make it easy for me. An absolute shambles of a company. Not at all what I would expect from a trusted company such as Asda. Starting to wonder if I have been scammed. Also the app is dreadful and barely works

Had asda mobile nearly a week great service and great signal 10/10
I have been with Asda Mobile a number of years and although my home signal is not great, they had been good value for money and the agents are very polite and helpful. That being said , every month since July to January, my monthly recurring bundle has failed to renew, leaving me cut off and unable to use my phone. I have to call Asda up, and then manually give my card details again to get service. My bank has told me that this is an Asda Mobile issue and Asda agents have also stated that it is a known issue. As I also use my phone for business, after 6 months I can no longer risk using Asda mobile and unfortunately if it happens again, I will be moving to another provider.
My wife wants to have me listed as an authorised contact. Neither your phone operatives, nor your email seem capable of doing something that simple which can easily be done over the phone under GDPR.

I just wanted a very basic SIM package, at a good price. Asda did both. I needed some help setting things up, help online and on the phone were very friendly and helpful.
Bought sim off peg good price easy to set up and activate But I must criticise they advertise to order on line but after four requests never arrived but money paid was kept in credit thank heaven wish call girl should say honestly go to store and buy or pay more for postage

Great service and signal. I have no complaints regarding the signal I receive or the service from the people you speak to. Infact it's much much better than the competition and big name networks. I do wish the app was better and there was live chat available.
Website continually fails to link my number with my account, despite 2 calls to customer services and an email to them, no remedy, still get emails from them "reminding me to link my number".
SIM Card worked right away. It was great to be able to speak with a human being on the Asda mobile phone helpline.
Dua answered my call. She is very polite and listen my struggles. Dua has sorted everything for me. No rushing, no stress. I am very grateful. Asda mobile must be very proud having her working in the company.
