SIM card arrived in good time and was,had problems trying to get into existing account rang the help line and was put in the right direction by a very helpful operative who rang back later to check all was ok. Good experience all round changeover went without a hitch

After trying to navigate through a very confusing website for my account I gave up and called your advisor and received excellent attention and assistance which hopefully has resolved my issue. I still don't understand why when logging in to Asda mobile you are then asked to log in using your rewards account!!!!
Transfer of my number and setting up my account with help from customer service was excellent. However, although I can log into my account online I am unable to access my account through the app, hence 4* instead of 5*.

Unable to log into my account. Purchased this mobile sim £4 talk/text for my sister who is in hospital. I want to know if the recurring payment is set up and her phone will not stop working after the 15th Jan. I have been in contact with you many times, nothing has changed !

Good cheap payg sim only want it for work…went round in circles trying to get a cheap pay monthly ASDA contract in the end I gave up ..had to contact customer services to set up my sim and load the pre credit and set up the rolling bundle so pleased about that ..overall thank you to the lovely lady that helped me.
My husband and I both use Asda Mobile and have a 3gb bundle each. We find the coverage to be very good. However although our bundles should auto renew each month they do not. We have spoken to customer services on a number of occasions over the last few months. Although being assured that this problem has been sorted it has not. Very frustrating and poor customer service. Will change provider if not sorted soon. The response from Asda is to ask me to get in touch via their website and they will remedy promptly. What is the point of this? They already have all our details from contacts over about 4 months. I give up.
The call resolved my problems with the payment and login.

Jan 31,2025Absolutely rubbish could not get an activation code to register SIM with online account rang 3-4 times over several days and kept getting fobbed off with "we are working on website in background" just ended up giving up and going with Vodafone PAYG no problems getting free SIM and setting up account
