Had a difficulty using the web site and spoke to customer services and they have assured me it has been sorted now. The service is good value for money and customer services are polite and efficient.

The lady I spoke to was so nice and understanding. Have been with Asda mobile for years and wouldn't go with anyone else.

I got 2 sim cards last week and I phoned customer service to ask if anyone could do it in your asda in elgin, we tried doing it over the phone but I get so muddled on a phone and I told her it didn't matter, still struggling with the sim cards

Tried lots of times to register never sends verification code, goes to Asda groceries site ,account not showing much absolutely useless app, phone help not much use

The staff were all fantastic. So professional and helpful. Patient and genuinely caring. I have never experienced customer service to this level. Well done to all the staff who answer calls at Asda mobile.

This is the most ineffective company ever. They fail to renew your package, they blame the bank and each month is a battle to top up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I cannot login to my account and I noticed that the unlimited £20?bundle I used to buy has been taken away without notification to the customer. I am trying to find the £12 for 100g pay as you go as I don't want a contract and can't do so on Google. Asda mobile have lost a customer going elsewhere for a better deal. Last year I had no end of issues when they kept taking payments twice hence why I don't want another contract and I had to ask my bank to block them from taking further payments. Bye Asda mobile going elsewhere in February.

I am getting regular reminders to register my sim card (did it two weeks ago) I have tried several times to link my number to my online account, I have phoned three times at least and spent several hours in chat. Everyone tells me it's in hand and it will be fixed very soon - but it's not.

Annoying that every single time both mine, and my childs bundle is due to renew it doesn't work. Every time I have set up a recurring bundle but it always says it failed to renew leaving us with a day of no use. Can't even buy a new bundle when this happens as there is one being processed. Tried calling asda and the same happens. They sort out the recurring bundle but at the end of the month it fails to renew.

I have been trying to activate my simm card since i bought it from you but cant seem to doo it it just keeps sending me back to first page all the time. Hopeless.I have managed to set up my monthly payments on a direct debit by phoning. The lady was very nice and helpfull but still dont seem to be able to get into my accouunt even though I have a user ID and password. Dont know whats gong on. Your site doesn,t seem to work.

The sim took awhile to arrive, much longer than advertised, when the sim finally arrived, the process of setting it up and porting my number across was made very difficult with multiple phonecalls to customer service needed. When my number was finnaly ported over, I was unable to use mobile data as apparently this is a different setup, which again required a further call to customer service. When I finally resolved this, the agent dealing with the issue gave me 10gb of data as a good will gesture, which I never asked for nor do I need. Following this phonecall I noticed this infact has been charged to my account so not good will at all. I'm not wasting my time with another call. The reason for 3 stars not 1 is the coverage is good for the areas I need, and the price is cheaper than I was paying from another provider.

Asda mobile app doesn't let me sign in so I called customer service they activated my SIM I still cannot access the app.

Every time I’ve had cause to call the helpline I have been skilfully assisted by a polite and courteous call handler. Their rates for add on data bundles are cheaper than I have found anywhere else. Well done ASDA Mobile. I will always recommend your services.
