12 months of chances I've given them to fix their issue. They have my card details but don't provide my security number or postcode to the bank when they request the payment everymonth. So everymonth my son is locked out with no credit or data while they continue to try and take payment. Each time I have to call them so they can take payment manually, from the same details they already have on file, but we still have to wait a day for it to be activated on sons phone. Last time it happened... Last month, the lady suggested I load credit on, so it uses credit to avoid the bank issue they are having, so I do that. Today I see they've ignored the credit, sent incomplete details to my bank asking for the money, got denied and again he's locked out of his data calls and messages. I'm done. I don't need the extra headache.
Can't register online account. Tried so many times and even their customer service claimed there must be problem somewhere...after fews still can't get it register so I give up.

Porting my number in has not worked, I have no number or ability to call or be called! Almost 3 weeks now. Call them for help and they send you an activation message, which I don't receive! They then ask you when you last called them - you'd better remember or you're stuffed! The porting problem may well be due to the previous provider, 1p Mobile, not sending them correct data.
Ordered a sim card took over a week to arrive. Card wouldn't link with account had to phone customer service where I asked for my account to be linked and for my old number to be transferred. Told both of these would be done within 24 hours. 30 hours still nothing phoned back nothing had been done so basically was lied to. Was then told my old number would be tomorrow after 5pm and my account was linked. Have no idea what she's done as apparently my email address isn't linked to an Asda mobile and my mobile is linked but won't tell me where to. I spelt everything to her including morse code. It's not rocket science to set up a sim card yet 2 customer service advisors later still not been done. Needless to say I have inserted my old Tesco sim back in and will be sticking with them

A great price for unlimited calls & texts, plus a decent amount of data. The first time I've had a full signal at home too. Customer service is excellent.

Quick service, but logging on for the first time after inserting my new SIM card, I already to have lost a week and 4GB for no apparent reason.
We were taking out a new sim only bundle contract and transferring a number. We had to ring the helpline in order to follow the correct procedure but it all worked very well.
Attempted to port number for phone on the 19th of December 2024. It is now 6th January 2025 and it still hasn't been done.
I was very happy with the experience as it was very easy to transfer the SIM card was sent well before I needed it and on the day of the changeover it all went smoothly. I seem to be getting good mobile coverage also .

Still waiting to hear regarding my porting issue. I have contacted the support team twice each time I’m quoted 72 hours not great for a new contract. I was going to move my husband’s service over too but this has put me off. I was patient as I first contacted them 26th Dec but normal working hours resumed days ago
Order confirmed 25/12, supposedly dispatched 27/12. I needed it by 31/12 at latest, but it didn't arrive. Meanwhile, I ordered a cover for my phone from ebay, which arrived 30/12. No excuses. Edit 06/01: Thank you for your offer of assistance. I am now in Paphos, Cyprus. None of your contact numbers will work from here. I need a PAYG SIM card for the rest of my holiday until 16/01/25. What do you suggest?
Signal in the area was very poor I didn't use it much I've stuck with my Australian provider on wifi so not a fair trial. The free Sim card great feature however the way to top it up for not so clever people like me took too long I got distracted so I don't think my mum finished doing it . Is it Vodafone top up or asda only or do I go online to do it only I wasnt able to concentrate
