The Asda mobile website is*pants*
Hopeless give them same information they asked for twice and done what they told me to do. You're the same person who replied to my last review. Iv done everything you told me too then what they asked for still no good. Sent them the phone number and details then someone else replied asking again hopeless.
We are using an Asda Mobile PAYG SIM card in our gate intercom system and it's all working well. The card took a few days to arrive but that may have been due to the Christmas rush. All is good so far and the main reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the set up for our non-standard use was not as easy as I had been led to believe when I called before ordering. However this was resolved with a further phone call and I'm happy with everything atm.
Bought this pay as you go phone for my elderly mother. Got a £4 pm SIM card for unlimited mins and texts which I thought was really good.
follow up very helpful
2 weeks after activating SIM and giving PAC code I can only make calls, I can't receive calls or messages. Impossible to be able to speak directly with tech people. Just keep getting told they are working on it. Not been given reason why only half working
0ot suspended without telling me And got no pac code.,
Keeps saying activation needed I do that and it says try again every time
So easy to transfer, really helpful support on the phone too, so reassured its all correct
Asda do great PAYG mobile prices and for us Vodafone gives the best coverage. Theoretically the process of ordering a SIM and transferring your number is simple ( it was last time I did it), but this time a few things went wrong. Theoretically the process ASDA mobile support staff were very helpful and I have been able to sort out this issues and all is now working well.
Not easy to set up a new sim in a new phone for a bloke with Parkinsons' but my granddaughter whizzed through it.
Porting old number was hit or miss and no notification that it had happened
Everything happened the way it was supposed to. Now have great signal and a good bargain. Thank you
Great value for money but a terrible app that doesn’t remember your log in details and asks you to put in the same user name and password twice each time and often doesn’t work at all. App also lacks functionality and useful information.
After numerous calls and time, I'm still unable to set up an account. You sent 2 SIM cards which weren't ordered. Really disappointed so far
If i could give a 0 score I would, charged £131 for a phone I haven't received they say I didn't receive it because the transaction never went through even though I have provided my statement showing the purchase, each time I phone I speak to a person thousands of miles away that can barely understand English, good job I used my credit card which covers when you don't receive goods so will hopefully eventually get the funds returned
Took to long to deliver got one from Tesco instead
Tried to activate the card online, no matter what it wouldn’t work. Phoned up got it sorted by helpful guy. Still getting messages saying need to activate.
I called customer service for help setting up my new SIM card and found the lady on the phone was very helpful! My phone number changed within a day which I was very happy with. The only issue I have is the Asda mobile app is not very user friendly.
