Easy switch from my last provider. I get the same conditions for 65% of the cost of my previous provider. Seamless switch and good newtwork coverage. What's not to like ?

Every month i get cut off, by Asda mobile and every month i have to call them to get reconnected due to a banking error they are unable to take payment. this has gone on for about 5 months now and others have this problem too dating back to 2022 from what i can tell so they are very much aware of it, the fact this problem still hasn't been addressed is ridiculous and it makes me think they are incompetent as a company. I will be leaving them soon if this isn't resolved quickly.

I ordered SIM card on the 14 December,it’s 2 January and im still waiting I’ve contacted them twice by phone and was assured it’s on its way very disappointed.

Customer service is very good. Quick to answer and customer advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us transfer our number to our new Asda sim.

My experience was very easy which for me is important as I suffer anxiety and a full range of mental health issues and the ease of service and your phone operating staff , I must say that they really really go out of therexeay to speak with ease and that make's people's problems with anxiety and such like. Can use your service without the panic attack lol .

Bit frustrated opening account prior to getting my sim , but was helped out by Asda mobile phoning me to check I was doing things correctly, I would say so far it’s been a good move switching, well done ,

Didn't send out the free Sim after submitted request. Had to chase and still had to buy Pre-loaded Sim from Asda store which made for complications when the 2nd requested Sim did arrive.

Wanted to use this for my Mum who has dementia and is now only able to accept calls. Impossible to get code so that I can connect to website and set up monthly payment. Made several phonecalls but got nowhere. Very disappointing.
