It was easy to set up ,and the member of the team helping me was very clear with me
Was nervous about changing to a new provider after years of being with a provider however transfer and set up was very easy takes good 24hours for everything to sort itself out and wow very happy!! If only i had done this previously would have saved a fortune!!

Great value first class service
The deals are good and the coverage is Vodafone so it's reliable enough. The app is worthless. It's just a Web browser so there's no biometric login and it never remembers you. Their "Data rollover" is a nice idea but the Web ui never mentions it so it's impossible to know how much data you have saved. you have to trust Asda a lot to use their service and all of this could be saved with a decent app which they just don't have.
Moved to Asda mobile due to being very disappointed with current provider. Hopefully, Asda will be much better, although theres not much to beat. So far, no problems, and the price was much better.
Took over a week to get a verfication code, lots of dead ends on the website and a very odd process where you the SIM card contract is not linked to the phone number ported across. Way too complicated.

Sim Card didn't arrive till 11 days late I asked for a refund on the prepaid month which they honored and got myself another sim card from somewhere else overnight.
Everthing can't access my account, won't let me log in, customer service won't give me any details, cant use any part of the sight or the sim

Rubbish from start to finish, couldn't even sort out getting my sim connected. Ended up stopping with my current provider.
I wanted to change from a monthly pay as you go to 24 month contract to take advantage of a great offer but had trouble using their website due to a Google issue. The helpline talked me through the whole process using a different platform (duckduck) and she was extremely helpful and patient.

Please remove the one star I had to give to write this review. I have been in the EU for 6 days and despite trying everything on website my mobile data has never worked leaving me without sat nav since arriving in Rotterdam. I am now in Italy and still cannot get data. My partners phone was initially the same so we borrowed a non Asda uk phone for sat nav. My partners phone started to get data roaming after 2 days but has now used 80% of 5gb meaning without my phone we face prospect of hundreds of pounds to navigate home if his phone still works. Definitely leaving Asda when we return home. Definitely warning others Asda is useless abroad.
