I transfered to Asda mobile as the network I was on could not do a good deal for me. I am delighted that I have saved a lot of money with Asda and I even kept my mobile number, the switch was so easy and simple. I am really happy with the service so far.
Changed from Vodafone to Asda due to fee increase.Only use my `basic`older mobile for emergency calls,do not Text either.I am a `technophobe! Call handler explained everything,took her time and was very patient- Transferred my old number and I am up and running.Took out a monthly Text and Phone deal.Can't find any fault with Asda-well done.

Everything worked first time with the new SIM and moving between providers. I called in to get some advice on managing my account via the Asda site and the helpdesk staff were patient, friendly and professional. Excellent service all round.
The website is appalling, every time I tried to get a link with the asda account, I get a cloud flare error, called up asda support, no help from them. Had to use my another mobile in the end to get it working.

Wouldn't link sim to account. Wouldn't send message to one number. Customer service not helpful ordered SIM from another provider now. No longer bothering with Asda
I was unable to activate the SIM, my husband managed it but it wasn’t straight forward. The SIM has gone into my old phone for my daughter and while WhatsApp is working, she cannot send or receive any text messages for some reason.
Asda mobile services are very good, always on hand for any help.
Card won't activate and customer service was no help. Won't be using again
The SIM card only half works - or rather works oneway only and the app doesn't work at all. The first SIM card didn't arrive and I had to call. I am locked into 24 month plan. What a waste of time and money!
Received the product without an issue but setting up an account on the website is a nightmare!!! Constantly getting error codes, saying will send activation code and never receive any, why have an online service if it doesn't work!! They need to get with the times and get up to date with their tech!
We got the unlimited calls and text sim for £40 as it was for our 11 year old daughters first phone. We got her a dumb phone to start with and this was by far the best deal for a sim. Very pleased and customer services were fantastic.

Trying to activate my sim no matter how i try will not work must have tried 10 times by 3 different people no one can make it work
