They came and did the job in less than an hour. excellent tyres date of manufacture 2024. I didn't have to wait or go anywhere or cancel my trip, instead, they followed me where I was planning to go and completed the job satisfactorily.

Sep 18,2024Asda tyres were the cheapest I could find for the Continental tyres I was looking to buy. It was so easy to buy the tyres and have them fitted with Asda. I ordered them online to have fitted at one of their designated fitters. I booked a slot and they were in stock and fitted next day by Rhino Tyres Kinmel Bay, North Wales. Their workshop was modern clean well organised. They give you a free health check printout for miles remaining on brake pads and tyres. I opted for a wheel alignments at extra cost when ordering the tyres and it was well worth it. Car drives so much better. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them again.

Sep 18,2024Don’t bother! The service is shocking! Bought tyres for my work van and booked it in for fitting at Formula One in St Albans. Got there before the appointment time (as per the instructions), left the van and when. I got back later it still hadn’t had the tyres fitted. I’m trying to run a small business and now I have had to cancel appointments because of this. The staff attitude at Formula One was disappointing to say the least. They just shrugged their shoulders and said you bought them from ASDA. I cannot even go anywhere else! Terrible experience

Sep 17,2024Waste of time. Need an tyre fitted by Wednesday afternoon. Ordered the tyre online and booked appointment at a local garage for the next day (Tuesday) at 4pm, which was convenient to me as I work other times. Phoned by the fitter Tuesday morning who said he couldn’t fit the tyre Tuesday or Wednesday and that Asda book appointments and he always has to phone the customer to rearrange. Have cancelled and will book elsewhere. Apparently the refund could take up to 6 days!

Sep 17,2024I ordered 4 new Bridgestone tyres from Asda, my alloys were newly refurbed and unmarked. I told the tyre fitter to be careful and showed him the alloys were unmarked prior to fitting. They damaged 3 out of the 4 alloys badly, took 3 people to change each tyres as they struggled to get the tyres on. This tells me this recommended garage by Asda does not have the correct tools or machines. Complaint made to customer service only to be read their T&C’s and to be told by a manager that the damages were caused by kerb marks rather than the tyre fitter! Unbelievable service and it took several emails to even get a reply only to be called a liar and that they are short staffed. NEVER USE ASDA TYRES Date of experience: 02 September 2024
