Sep 05,2024I bought a set of Four High Performance Tyres from Asda Tyres only to find they were old stock. Two front tyres one was 3 years 3 months the other tyre 2 years, 2 months old which is older than the car and older than the tyres I had removed. I didn't realise this until I got the rims home. They were only fitted to the rims and not driven on, but Asda REFUSED to change them for newer ones. The tyres have dates on them so my advice is to check before the garage actually fits them to your car. Asda state it is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE THEM AWARE that they have supplied old stock even before the tyre depot fit them to your rims.Once fitted to the rim this is the excuse they use not to change any tyre they have supplied.

Sep 05,2024Good deal and service from Asda Tyres online. My second set of Michelin Crossclimate tyres fitted. First set have lasted 8 years, and they still passed the MOT with 3-4mm recently (July 2024), although I already decided to replace them. Asda provided the very best service and pricing available for this premium product. The fitting partner was Protyre who also performed vey well indeed.

Sep 05,2024Pricing for the tyres I wanted was better than Black Circles with the only downside being no local fitters in my area. Even so, factoring in the lower price it was better value for me to travel to have the tyres fitted than to go with a local fitter.

The available fitting centres were a bit further away than I would have preferred. I had to ask about the Asda voucher that was included in the deal, it wasn't clear how I would receive it. It still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later

Sep 04,2024Turned up at the appointed time to be told that the tyres weren't there. Was asked if they were bough through ASDA tyres, which I confirmend, and the chap said it was typical of them, in fact they were still waiting for tyres for a customer that should have been there yesterday. ASDA may be a little bit cheaper than Black Circles but not worth the hassle.

Sep 03,2024Awful company. 8 days into the "3-5" day delivery, haven't responded to any emails I've sent for the past few days, haven't responded to my live chat despite waiting over 25 mins and only being 2nd in the queue, and when i tried to call up they couldn't help as it wasn't an "emergency issue". Paid over £220 and they won't even respond to me.

Sep 03,2024Turned up for the tyre fitting to be told no tyre fitter until the weekend, the branch had recieved no notification of the appointment. Don't use Asda Tyres save yourself the 20 mile round trip, time off work from armed forces, waste of time and have to wait upto 6 days for your money back.

I quite agree with that statement as when I called customer service I was told Asda tyres is just a mail order company so nothing to do with them Hang your head in shame ASDA
