Sep 20,2024Used Asda tyres many times but poor service today. Got to the garage to be told nothing has arrived. Garage said only way to get them is ring asda tyres. Phoned them to ask and said can’t talk to you has to be your wife as it’s in her name. Data protection for two tyres. Had to drive back 6 miles to get my wife to talk to them and get a refund then back to the garage and pay an extra £60 for there own ones to be fitted. Wasted fuel, time and money. Won’t be using them again.

Sep 20,2024Asda had exactly the tyres I needed and the price was very competative compared to everywhere else! One of the best prices I could find with fitting included! The tyres were with very very recent DOT(manufactured only 4 months ago). Overall very happy with Asda and the tyre shop.

Sep 24,2024I had a flat on my Tesla Model Y. It was a first, so I didn't know that you need a special Tesla-approved tyre. I bought the wrong one, but the fitting company was super-helpful in explaining exactly what I needed, and the lady at Asda Tyres was super-efficient in refunding me. My only comment is that the WEBSITE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE FIRST TYRE WASN'T SUITABLE FOR A TESLA. I searched for the tyre using the reg no in the site, and it correctly looked up that the car was a Tesla. Why then offer up tyres that are unsuitable?
