Sep 15,2024Wide range of tyres to choose from. Booked online but the fitter cancelled the booked slot. Asda Tyre helpline were really helpful for finding another fitter for the same time slot.

Sep 14,2024Slopey shoulder rubbish customer service. Booked 1 x tyre to be fitted 14th Sept. Booking made for fit with local company. Arrived for appointment where garage said tyre had not arrived yet. Phoned ASDA tyres and spoke to Will, who said tyre was in transit but now would not arrive until Monday. Stated that my time was wasted and would like to put in a complaint to which Will replied I can complain if I want but they will not do anything with complaint. Said its in t&Cs. Will take a look through as Will be surprised if rubbish service is covered in T&Cs. Will stick with black circles from now on as this outfit is a joke.

Sep 14,2024finding the tyre I needed was easy on the website. A cheeky code took some money off too :) Booking a garage was simple. The garage was great, I was in/out within 45 mins. Will definitely use this service again.

Sep 13,2024Price, availability and location, 10 miles to tyres 4u. Sourced using Google, found asda tyres. Price comparison was much cheaper than usual supplier I'd go to (kwikfit) but they were more expensive for same brand tyre and model. Besides quicker fitting date option, which I needed as I'd a slow puncture in one of tyres replaced. Excellent service by tyre fitters, two of them worked on car. Time slot was an hour, I was taken in as soon as I arrived. Job completed within 30mins and on my way home before hour slot was done. I arrived 15mins into my hour alot. Highly recommend.

Sep 12,2024Booked with IQ tyres, via Asda. Soon as 2 x new rear tyres were fitted by them, there was immediate poor handling! Went to ATS Euromaster for 4 wheel tracking, they advise the 2 x rear tyres are incorrectly balanced, & take car back to IQ tyres. IQ tyres says they will look into this, but when I arrived, they say they will charge me !!

Sep 06,2024The Asda price on my replacement Pirelli P-Zero tyre (fitted) was the most competitive - even though it seems that the price of Pirellis has rocketed since I bought two previously, also from Asda. The tyres were delivered in two days to a very convenient fitter (F1 Autocentres in Ashford) who did a very good job in fitting the tyre during my chosen slot, despite being under pressure due to an unforeseen staff shortage. Overall, a simple process and relatively cost-effective.
