Oct 05,2024Mixed DOT dates and old stock. Premium prices for old tyres. Don't be fooled you are being scammed. Fitting Station was also a joke. Under staffed and damaged a wheel. Will never use ASDA again. Shocking Customer Service when complaint made.

Oct 05,2024I arrived a couple of hours before the booked time as I was thinking to leave the car and come back. They were super proactive in fitting me in. Estimated fitting in 20 minutes and that was how long I waited. Fitting two tyres took about 15 minutes. Great service

Oct 03,2024Avoid at all costs! Placed my order with Asda tyres and booked fitting. Last time I used Asda tyres, the fitting garage were not actually informed of the booking so didn’t have me booked in (luckily, could squeeze me in!). I thought I should check again, so I contacted the garage and it was no surprise that they had been given the wrong fitting time by Asda tyres! Anyway, almost a week passes by and I receive an email from Asda tyres telling me the tyres I ordered are not in stock so they would need to cancel my order and fitting. Yet, the tyres were still available to purchase online despite being told they are out of stock. A scam! Do not use Asda tyres, they will take your money and tell you at short notice they cannot fit your tyres!

Oct 02,2024A complete disaster from start to finish. I placed an order with AsdaTyres.co.uk for four premium Bridgestone tyres, scheduled for fitting a week later at a local garage. The day before the appointment, Asda’s customer service informed me that the tyres were no longer in stock, forcing me to either cancel or select an alternative. Given that we had already taken time off work for the fitting, we reluctantly chose another premium brand (Continentals). Conveniently, the price for these tyres had mysteriously increased since our original order. The problems didn’t end there. When the tyres finally arrived, the local fitter refused to install them because they were 8 years old, well past the 5-year safety limit for fitting. Not only did Asda Tyres fail to supply the tyres I originally ordered and paid for, they also attempted to pass off unsafe, outdated stock. I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience – from the wasted time and higher costs to the outright negligence in providing dangerously old tyres. The local fitter even mentioned they've had several issues with Asda Tyres recently and advised against using them. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Oct 01,2024Absolutely appalling service, avoid at all costs! Placed order for 4 new tyres to be fitted to my mini. Earliest booking time for fitting nearby was a couple of days wait but accepted that. Turned up on Friday 27th sept at 1:30 as confirmed in email from Asda, to be told I had actually been booked in for 3:30! Guy at the garage told me Asda do that all the time, they tell them the don’t have a slot at the customers requested time but Asda just book it anyway! Faced with a two hour wait I decided to leave car and pop to nearby shop to get some lunch. While away garage called to say there fitting machine had broken and tyres couldn’t be fitted. They put my wheels back on and I returned home. Tried to ring Asda around 4:30 to sort issue. Call centre message said they were now closed, despite message saying they were open till 5. Rang Monday and they told me they would booked me in to another fitter for 1:30 on Tuesday 1st Oct. I stressed needed fitting without fail as needed car for longer journey to work next day. Appointment confirmed by email but then 8:30 that even got a message to say tyres weren’t in stock so couldn’t be fitted, despite earlier email confirmation. Rang them Tuesday am and they said they would arrange for tyres that were at original fitter to be transferred to new fitter. No call back to confirm so rang back again and they didn’t know what was happening as guy who was sorting it was working from home. He eventually rang back after my appointment time to say they couldn’t transfer tyres and basically hard luck, we can’t fit any tyres for you! Now waiting for full refund but told that could take 6 days; funny it takes that long where as when you order the tyres the money come out of your account instantly. Now left with out tyres so can’t use car that I need for work and no money yet so can’t even buy some tyres from anywhere else! Totally useless company, avoid!

Sep 29,2024The website was easy to operate. It was easy to select the right size and the ‘grip, noise & petrol’ ratings were really clear/helpful. The pricing was really competitive with the 2 tyre discount. The Europit guys in Ipswich fitted them and couldn’t be more helpful/proffesional. Will be back for another 2 tyres later, highly recommend 👍

Oct 05,2024I have placed two separate orders and both have been bad experiences. First order in Jan 24 they delivered the wrong tyres to the fitter (non runflats instead of ordered runflats) which meant a repeat visit to get corrected. Second order in Sep 24 they delivered 3 years old tyres (based on manufacture date on tyre side wall). Asda web-site claim tyres delivered will usually be less than 18 months but hide behind some German rubber organisation report saying tyres can be up to 5 years old and still be classed as new. Asda would not replace or discount. Will not use again and suggest you don't either.
