Der Service und das Auto waren super👍🏻 Hatte mich schon online angemeldet und am Schalter verlief alles schnell und reibungslos 👍🏻 Das Auto könnte nur innen etwas sauberer sein,hatte das Gefühl dass das Auto nicht gereinigt wurde nach dem letzten Fahrer 😬(der Vorfahrer hatte einiges hinter sich gelassen…) aber alles andere war top! Das nächste Mal werde ich wieder ein Auto über Avia buchen! Danke 🙏

Oct 28,2024From New Zealand and had never been to Croatia before, the Avia staff were awesome with really helpful info on tolls, borders etc and the opal car we had was simply brilliant, big enough to fit everything like two massive suitcases and all our other bags but compact enough to be able to park easily! highly recommend Avia rentals and would definitely use them again

Oct 23,2024strongly advise against this rental company. I was charged for damage that I did not cause. At the time of rental, the car already had many scratches. I rented the car for 10 days but I only used it for two trips on the highway and a few trips to the store. There was no way I could scratch the car. Meanwhile, while returning the car, the person collecting the vehicle, despite the darkness, immediately approached the rear hatch and noticed a scratch on the spoiler in the upper part of the trunk lid. I have no idea how you could scratch a car in that spot and I certainly didn't do it. This is a simple scam that cost me 320 EUR.

Oct 29,2024Nisam zelio dodatno osiguranje, ali sam ga morao kupiti da bih mogao uzeti Auto. Stojim s troje dijece i zenom navečer u 10 na aerdodromu i imam visa karticu virtualne banke. Zelio sam promjeniti ugovor na ime zene koja ima visa karticu „uredne“ banke, ali to „sistem ne dopušta“ kaze djelatnik. Da, uvjeti jesu transparentno navedeni negdje u ugovoru. Zamolio bih da se ta jako bitna informacija izrazitije izkomunicira, a ne da stoji negdje dole. 260 Eura baciti u vjetar... Dali postoji mogucnost povratka?
