Oct 22,2024Avia can do better than my recent experience. Online booking does not explain the office and pick-up location at Split Airport. Pulling the suitcases outside of the airport was not a pleasant experience, especially in bad weather. My traveling plan changed and I needed to return the car outside office opening hours, only to be asked for an extra charge, no flexibility. Needless to say, I will not be renting from Avia organization again.

Oct 21,2024Food and water bottle found in the car. Tyres pressure not check (not sure if it's done every Time). Car with a lot of damages (scratches, etc). Croatian roads are in excellent state. So the car fulfill his purpose for our trip

Oct 21,2024Hi. We were not satisfied. We had a virtual credit card in our cell phone and you didn't accept it. We had to pay you another 220 euros. Your employee claimed that the virtual credit card could not be used and then wanted to pay 220 euros with it and she went to use it. The credit card was fine, other merchants accepted it, but you didn't. The car had a broken light and a dented bumper.

Oct 19,2024Overall positive experience even though the allocated car was uncomfortable for a tall driver like me. I reserved a Peugeot 2008 but was given a VW T Cross at the pick up time. The car was new and clean. The problem with VW T Cross is that the accelerator and brake pedals are placed too close to each other and are positioned too far to the right side close to the center console as result of which the right leg hits the center console continuously during driving. I wouldn't recommend this car for tall drivers who plan some long drives.
