Jan 07,2025The cars they advertise through the agencies are not at all the cars you will get when you actually book. They charged us a 35 EUR fee for winter tires even though this wasn’t stated anywhere in the initial booking. They also expect you to return the car after a car wash which is also ridiculous. Stay away if you can

Jan 04,2025Split Lufthavn. Hold jer væk! De stjæler dine penge for ydelser der ikke hører sig til, og som ligger implicit i det at leje en bil. Eksempelvis: rengøring, dæk og tilstedeværelse ved aflevering af bilen “ udenfor deres åbningstid “ Vi har betalt flere penge for “ekstra ydelser” end selve lejen. Kan absolut ikke anbefales - og kunne vi, rate med 0 stjerner, så gjorde vi det.

Jan 04,2025First, I was charged extra for picking up car a bit later then I said in my reservation which never happened to me with any other rent-a-car agency. They also kept telling me it's written you charge fee for late pick up according to my contract but in contract it was never mentioned. I even called to tell them I'll come a bit later just so they know I'm on my way and my previous transport to country was late. Car didn't come with a full tank which made it hard to return as it was. Then, car was without liquid for washing windscrean and when I called assistance, they didn't pick up and person on your counter who did pick up sugested to me to go and beg a person on a gas station to put it for me or to drive from Ljubljana to Zagreb on my cost so they do it.

Jan 03,2025Nedavno sam iznajmio automobil za višednevno putovanje i moram pohvaliti ovu rent-a-car tvrtku u Zračnoj luci Pula za odličnu uslugu. Sve je bilo obavljeno točno prema dogovoru, od preuzimanja do povrata vozila. Automobil je bio uredan, čist i potpuno spreman za vožnju, što je značajno doprinijelo ugodnom putovanju. Posebno bih istaknuo ljubaznost i profesionalnost osoblja (Robert, Tarik) koje je bilo izuzetno susretljivo i spremno odgovoriti na sva pitanja. Preporučujem ovu tvrtku svima koji traže pouzdan i kvalitetan najam vozila! Svakako ću se ponovno obratiti njima u budućnosti.

Dec 30,2024Accueil vraiment nul et vendeur à essayer de me poussez à prendre assurance complémentaire donc tendu dès les premiers instants et j’ai quand même du payer 30€ pour des pneus neiges non inclus dans le prix sur la réservation via internet (attention ils vous prendront des frais si vous passez une frontière etc) Et j’avais aussi payé plus chère pour roulez en volfwagen T roc et on m’a confié une kia stonic donc déçu (sur les photos c’est des voitures allemandes et sur places ça n’a rien à voir) Hvratska posla comme on dit là-bas pour désigner le mauvais travail de ceux qui veulent se gaver un max sur les touristes

Dec 29,2024In Costa Adeje haben wir ein extrem unfreundliches, ungeduldiges und inkompetentes Personal erlebt. Die Verständigung war sehr schlecht (die können wohl nur spanisch), und die zahlende Kundschaft wird angepöbelt und beleidigt. Eine Beschwerde bei AllTours, die den Autovermieter unter Vertrag hat, war überfällig.

Dec 26,2024Sve je bilo fantastično, zvijezda manje samo zato što naplačujete posebno zimske gume ( 35 ili 45 eura), znam da to piše malim slovima u ugovoru skroz dole, no osobno nisam trazio zimske gume to je vaša obveza ne moja
