Overall I was satisfied but the movers broke a couple of items, were on the phone while moving items, and left broken glass in the driveway.
This was the most confusing and frustrating moving experience. The moving subcontractor did a great job with the move itself, but the billing process through Bellhops is a nightmare. We were quoted $1100. Went over by 30 minutes. Paid $1600 and were double charged another almost $1500. Bellhops and the subcontractors have been zero help in trying to resolve the issue. We finally had to file a dispute with our card company after almost 2 weeks of back and forth. We will contract directly with a mover next time. After seeing the company reply I wanted to clarify a couple of things: 1. Our estimate was for 4 hours and actual time spent (including the movers stopping for a break) was 4.5 hours. 2. We have never received a refund after calling 3 times and have finally decided to dispute the second charge.

On time and got it done under 2 hrs to load and unload! So pleased. Nothing damaged or broken. Will use Bellhop again!
I booked the move 2 weeks in advance. The day of the move they only 3 of the 5 men showed up. Did 4 hrs of work and left. I call corporate and was 2 more men would be coming to finish the move. NO ONE showed up. I am stuck I have to be out of this house by 4/30 and now I have to move the rest of this stuff BY MYSELF!! DON'T USE THIS SORRY COMPANY.
Kedrick and Josh were very punctual and extremely personable and professional. It made the moving day much more enjoyable! When I book bellhop in the future, I hope to have them again!
Good moving experience with movers. However, the operations of bellhop needs some help. Hiring a third-party truck driver and separate movers makes no sense. From a consumer experience, I would prefer the truck owner and movers to be from the same company. In addition, the movers did not wrap my white fabric bed so now it's extremely dirty. I will have to pay to get it cleaned AND they chipped my concrete sidewalk.
Alex, Sam, and Oscar were incredible. All 3 showed up to the move early and ready to roll! They were easy to talk to and dedicated to moving me as quickly as possible. We finished the move in under the projected time and I'd recommend them any day of the week.
They moving team themselves were great. Bellhop itself would be fine except the bombardment of emails, texts, calls etc offering other services, discounts. I was spammed on all fronts. Very annoying. I purchased a service, that should be enough. Chill out.
Everything was wonderful from customer service to the movers. We really were more than pleased with the whole experience!

I didn't expect that the team had to assemble from different locations. This caused a problem because the truck driver came on time but then we had to wait another 30min for the other two movers before we could begin loading the truck, even though the move technically began when the truck driver arrived. I could see this being a big problem if for example it was the other way around. I think at least bellhop should let customers know that the entire team will arrive in separate components.
The team leader never showed up which led to me having to do a large bulk of the move. The other two guys were great but not the experience I paid for nor expected

Had a terrible experience. They planned my move with two 26-foot trucks - they underloaded the 1st truck and sent it out. They then way overloaded the 2nd truck and still ended up leaving items behind. The items that did make it on the 2nd truck were severly damaged. My king size bed was totally destroyed. They ran out of moving blankets and loaded items without protection. Very unprofessional. I have moved over 11 times. Bellhop rates as one of my worst. My stuff is badly damaged and I am having to pay a proper professional moving company to pick up the items that Bellhop left behind.
Horrible Charged double and only sent one man to move my whole house. Then charged me double for the time it took. No one has gotten back to help to resolve this. I will never use this company and will make sure no one else I know ever does either. Horrible horrendous experience
