Apr 09,2024I used Bellhop in 2021 and rated the service 5 stars. It was a good experience, which is why I decided to use the service again for our most recent move. If I could give less than one star for our most recent experience I would. It was horrible. To start, we were scheduled for a 9 am move and no one showed up, so the move got pushed to 2 pm. When the movers came everything was loaded slowly and inefficiently. By the time the left for our new home multiple items were left behind … including our washer and dryer, which is what we hired them for! Upon traveling to our new home, they got lost and a 10 minute drive took 45 minutes. (As a reminder they charge by the hour). When they unloaded not only was our new home dented, furniture was not wrapped and thus stained, plus a few items were not unloaded and the truck driver had to come back a few days later to drop off our items. I could go on. I have contacted support via email and phone to talk through all this and no one has gotten back to me. Do not use!!! There are so many other moving companies that would do a much better service.

What I didint like is continuing to get contacted by a concierge service I didn’t sign up for. I received multiple texts and although replied saying I I didn’t need the service, you guys continued reaching out. Very intrusive and spammy. That’s not ok to continue bothering a client in the midst of a move about a service the client rejected
