Jun 21,2024I received a phone call from the Senior Recruiting Associate at Bellhop regarding the reviews I posted about my experience with the company on several websites. During the call, I was reprimanded for sharing my honest feedback, and Bellhop subsequently retaliated by removing me from their platform. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Bellhop as a reliable source of income, especially for those who need it the most. The company's mission is not reflected in its treatment of employees. Contracted movers face significant challenges, including difficulties in communicating with customers and uncertainty about payment dates. The Senior Recruiting Associate appeared unprepared for our conversation, referencing inaccurate dates and incorrect information about the complaints I had previously submitted. This lack of preparation further highlighted the issues within the company. It's a shame because Bellhop had the potential to be a leader in its industry. I had hoped to achieve my career aspirations within Bellhop, but this experience has left me disheartened.

Jun 14,2024We moved my daughter last week from a one bedroom to 2 bedroom apt and the 2 locations were across the street for each other. We sent photos of the furniture to be moved and a count of boxes. As she had sold most of her furniture it was very little and Bellhop estimates under 3 hours but they have a 3 hr minimum. Two movers show up with 2 small dollies and asked if they could use the apt dolly which was much bigger and more appropriate. Of course the apt said no. Because of this it took over 5 hours to complete the move and they broke one of the wardrobes as well. My daughter has moved several times with no issue ever! This was a total disappointment and totally overpriced. I can not recommend Bell hop as they are not professional at all. I did contact support at Bellhop by phone and by email and to date i have had no response and they have charged me more then double what they quoted! Beware of this company.

I’ve never enjoyed moving due to all the heavy lifting but I didn’t have to lift anything! This was my first time using bellhop and I as so impressed how easy and stress free everything was! I would definitely use bellhop again!
