Oct 01,2023The bellhop movers that I recently used in Charlotte, NC consisted of a 3 member team lead by Myles Brooks. The rest of the crew consisted of Dajuan Barbour and Jehthyus Chandler. These guys were fantastic!!! They were very courteous, worked efficiently and effectively as a team and got the job DONE. They were on time and didn't mess around with getting the job taken care of l. I couldn't have been more pleased with the effort, professionalism and care they took with my belongings. I would certainly recommend this crew of guys for any move you have scheduled.

I have done so many local moves in my lifetime and Never paid as much for so little items , short distance , and no one has ever heard of No truck - no matter how you word it or details kept changing or not shown . I see that you seem to have your end legally covered over a service I should never have agreed to . The men “loaders” were very nice and efficient . There are 3 scratches right in the top middle of my large headboard but I assume that’s a lost cause also . The situation and price was not the “loaders “ fault . Just know no matter how many ways your company tells me the price for 2 hours of walking furniture down the street is correct - I will never be convinced or satisfied. More importantly I will make my thoughts and review known .

Sep 26,2023Was contacted by mover an hour after they were supposed to arrive with a confusing story. He was unsure if they would be arriving for my move. Contacted Bellhop to get clarity but they weren’t able to provide any. They were stunningly casual about this and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said “do I need to? Is anyone coming?”. Bellhop said they’d call me back but an hour later I’ve heard nothing. Wondering where I’ll sleep tonight.
