Ike was assembled in a way that makes me think that a kindergarten class did the work. The frame is possibly cracked. I have been trying to get them to issue a return label.for.over three weeks now. They have received a video and an audio.recording of the major issue that sounds like a failed weld.or.cracked tube. They keep.saying that they will issue a label then refusing to issue the label. This is one of the worst buying experiences that I have had with any product. I have had to involve my bank to get this issue resolved. They will sell you a defective product that has been incorrectly assembled and then refuse to allow a return or a replacement. Stay away from BikesOnline. Their website only shows mostly positive reviews because they 99% of the negative reviews. Buying a bike from BikesOnline leaves you with a 50% chance of receiving a broken and unusable product that they will not even attempt to fix or return. Congratulations to everyone that received a usable bke. Edit. Yep. Got another offer that said they would issue a label and a full refund. They just aren't sending the label after I verified that I would take the bike box to a FedEx location. Definitely stay away.
Update. I had a really hard initial experience because I couldn't get answers to my questions and I received some misinformation about my bike. I basically freaked out left negative reviews everywhere, but was eventually contacted by bikes online and they did make it right. They also had me provide screenshots of the issue so that they could address it for other customers. I thought that was admirable.
I'm very disappointed with your BikesOnline.com and Polygon. I waited 3 months for my bike. My Sisku T8 came with cheap Vee Flow Tires instead of the Schwalbe Hans Dampf Evo. I tried multiple times to try and get a hold of someone in charge but I just kept on getting blown off. They said a manager would be in touch with me and a month later no one called me. The best they said the would do is give me $20 on a $200 set of tires. Not to mention that it also had scratches and damage when I received my mountain bike. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had with buying bikes online. You ripped me off. This is ridiculous. I'm so aggravated with Polygon and Bikes Online for their terrible customer service.
Great experience with BikesOnline. Support was great. Assembly easy. Very please with the Vander T7. It needs a dropper and be prepared to degrease the chain! Otherwise, very happy with this purchase.
Very good experience! Fast ship and a very good bike for my son 5 years old! He love it!
Great bike for a 5 year old. Excellent quality and a light frame. Kid is loving his first mountain bike! Also, easy to assemble.
I had a good experience buying form Bikes online. The Polygon T7 bike was delivered as scheduled on time and had no issues assemblying the bike. Love the Vander T7 bike and you can't beat the price. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike.
"I ordered a bike from bikesonline.com and was overall happy, except the bike I received came with different, much inferior tires! When I contacted their customer service, they didn't even know that the manufacturer was swapping out crappy tires and said they are not going to do anything, because it is SUPPOSED to come with the tires shown in the specifications, they must have just been a shortage when they assembled mine. They offered no solutions to my problem and basically blew me off. I would have been happy had they sent me the correct tires, offered a partial refund to make up for the difference between tires, or even a store credit would have been fine. Instead nothing..." UPDATE- After seeing my negative reviews I was contacted by the company and they gave me a refund of the price of one tire, basically. So there's that...
My Polygon had a beautiful cool look to it and rode very smooth. I highly recommend it and definitely most bang for your buck!
They had what I wanted in stock and it shipped quick. I received my bike within 5 days of ordering and I love it. Right size, right bike, and extra parts with perfect packaging. No complaints from me at all!
Bought a brand new road bike one month ago. On my Second ride the rear hub broke. They are refusing to warranty the rear wheel and are impossible to fet ahold of now. Buyer beware. Absolutely horrible customer service
Lots of bike for the money! These bikes will give the snobby brands some excellent competition!
Bikes are hard to come by due to pandemic, I placed myself on a wait list for the Polygon Siskiu T7 and was notified when bike was available for preorder, I placed the order. I was informed of eta up front and bike came sooner than later! Packed up nicely in a box and assembly was easy. All the tools you need came in the box including pedals. Online instructions if needed. Definitely would buy again!
I can't say enough about the service and the bike! The type of bike I wanted is hard to come by at this time. I told bikesonline what I wanted and they let me know when the bike was available for pre-order. When it was available, I ordered it. They said it could be a month or more before it shipped and I was okay with it. To my surprise, it shipped the very next day! It was easy to put together. If you are on the fence, like I was, about ordering a bike online, don't worry! I am a fan of this company!
I love my new ride! Kudos to bikesonline for setting up everything and providing videos for assembly.
I bought the Siskiu D6 for my husband. This is a great bike for the price point. It was easy to do the little bit of assembly with the supplied tools. Shipping via FedEx had some unexplained delays, but other than that this is a great bike and we would definitely buy from bikesonline again.
Great bike and delivered in 1 month when other manufacturers are ~1 year out for a XL 27.5 FS bike!
1: Bike took 3 months to arrive with no updates throughout the process 2: Bike came in the INCORRECT size 3: Bike was only taken out for inspection and was repackaged exactly the same way it came after discovering the bike was labeled with the incorrect size. 4: BikesOnline receives the bike and charges me $65 for damages due to "improper" packaging. The bike was packaged exactly how it came. 5: BikesOnline refuses to honor their "Free 14-day Returns" policy. Avoid BikesOnline at all costs. The frame for their Polygon bikes are very subpar and this company should be avoided at all costs. The whole process was, and continues to be, a nightmare!
We purchased a christmas present from bikesdirect and waited for many months. When opened on Christmas morning, it was defectively manufactured. Very difficult time getting it returned (and could not get it replaced). We ordered the Polygon 5 from bikes online and it arrived quickly and is awesome - much better features and quality than the other bike. We highly recommend.

Jun 18,2021My friend recommended Bikesonline to me. It seemed like a good deal. I ordered a Premier 4 for my wife. After receiving my wife's bike, I assembled it as per written and video instructions. My wife rode it for 2 minutes and when she shifted the gear the rear derailer and a derailer hanger broke and were destroyed. I took it to the bike shop and the owner inspected it and found that the derailer wasn't set correctly. I contacted bikesonline, they emailed me with a few questions. I haven't heard back from them for 5 days. The bike seems like a good bike, but so far this experience has not been. UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue with Bikesonline. The bike is fixed. It is a good bike.
