I had a great experience with bikes online from navigating their website, finding the bike I wanted to the shipping and taking delivery. The box came within 7 business days, had no shipping damage and the bike was neatly in its box. I put the bike together, gave it a little tune up and have ridden my bike for 6 long rides without any issues. I will continue to use them for my future business.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with BikesOnline that compelled me to share my disappointment. I placed an order and endured a three-week saga of delays and misinformation. Initially, I was told about a backlog causing shipment delays, but after patiently waiting, I was hit with the bombshell that my bike was unavailable. The lack of consistency and transparency in their communication was infuriating Attempting to reach their support was a futile exercise. Three days for a response, with an undertone that made it feel like I was the problem. To add insult to injury, the promised phone line was non-existent. In essence, BikesOnline's customer service is a colossal letdown. If you value your time and money, steer clear and opt for a conventional bike shop. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I absolutely love my T7! Shipping was fast and bike was packaged great! Unboxed and set it up in about 30 minutes. It was nice that all the tools required were included with the bike. I’ve had the bike out on trails three times now and has done great, especially considering I’m 6ft and 345lbs. I would recommend BikesOnline 100% and the T7 is a great bike!

I recently ordered a bike from Bike's online for my nephew. Unfortunately, it was severely damaged in transit and had to be returned. First off, when trying to contact bikes online you will reach an automated bot, not a live person. If you reach out by email it will take a week for a response. Once I received a response I was offered $30 off to keep the severely damaged bike. At this point I was like wow are you serious? That wouldn't even cover one of the damaged parts. I was told I could exchange the bike for the same one undamaged and I said ok. After returning the bike and 3 days after they received it, I finally heard back from them. They said the bike was no longer available and sold out. I am beyond disappointed in Bikes online at this point. It's been a month of dealing with this and no empathy or slight sign of caring from bikes online. Buyer beware. Poor customer service and returns/exchange process.

First time I gave 4 stars, now I am going to change it for 1 star. After 200km my Helios A 8X began been knocking from headset. I did tied all the screws and the problem been hasn't solved. Tried to contact Bikes Online and no answer..every answer is robotic (phone,mail,chat) So my experience with them is really bad almost horrible...

Polygon bike is nice but Bikes Online client service is pretty terrible. Had some issues, the number listed as a client help phone number seemingly goes to a fax and responses to emails read like canned responses and offer no real, personal help. I like the bike but I will never again do business with Bikes Online, it's just not worth it.

Great bike at a solid price. I got it quickly after ordering, it was pretty easy to put together, and I've had no issues. Right after I bought, the price dropped and they gave me a credit for the difference.

Overall, a very pleasant experience purchasing with Bikes Online and would purchase again from here for my next bike. Website was easy to navigate and customer support is very nice to deal with unlike some other companies. Variety of payment options is appreciated. They even gave me a credit back to my account when the price of the bicycle dropped, honoring their policy. Solid company.

I found my Polygon Xtrada 5 MTB on a black Friday sale. The website is excellent and gives you all of the details that you need to know about the bike. You have a variety of payment options. The company also does an excellent job of advertising its products. The bike looks great and has a modern design. It has outstanding performance for an entry-level priced back. Nothing negative to say. I will use the site for all of my future bike purchases.

I ordered 2 Marin ebikes and just after the 30 day price match policy, they dropped the price almost in (1799 to 999) half. I emailed back and forth with them at least 10 times to come to a compromise, I wasn't looking for 100% of the difference, I would have been happy with half the difference, but they refuse to consider the compromise. I will no longer purchase anything from bikesonline.com or recommend them to anyone else. Had I known the bikes were going to drop almost in half, I would have waited to buy them at 999/ea. *12/11/23. After posting this review, BIKESONLINE.COM decided to give me 50% in store credit. I ended up purchasing parts I really don't need, but didn't want the credit just sitting there online.

I'd been looking at the Marin Gestalt X11 for over a year. When it went on sale, I once again compared it against the competition and it won hands down. I used your size chart to make sure it was a fit. You only had the Smalls left and my inseam seemed to be a match. It turns out, the frame was a little small. I backed the seat up to its maximum and all was well. The online ordering process was almost straight-forward but not intuitive. As I was closing the order, I kept receiving pop-ups for a browser extension package tracking app. I fell for the first one and quickly removed it. But then I received another one from a different developer that was just as onerous. I managed to finally skip around it and return to the ordering page. So, minus a half star for harboring the click-bait. I assembled the bike myself with marginal online video assistance. The bolts on the handlebar clamp must have been tightened by a gorilla. They popped when I broke them lose with my cheater wrench but no harm done. The dropper post installation took more time than it should of, but I got that done too. Bikes Online does recommend having a pro assemble the bike. However, I am mechanically inclined and I relish a challenge. I learned a lot that I can use on my next Bikes Online order. But I had to deduct a half-star for the limited instructions for first time buyers, especially on the dropper post. I've ridden the bike around 60 miles a week and its been bulletproof. Bottom line is that I'm happy with the bike and I will buy from Bikes Online again.

I recently purchased a siskiu d5 from this site. The bike arrived in 3 days. I had it together in less than an hour and was off riding! The bike is great, very high quality. I love it, thanks!

Truly great customer service. The purchasing experience has been great from start to finish and after. I spoke to a rep before buying and the rep stayed on the phone with me for over 15 minutes while my power we went out at my home. After the purchase I had a small issue and I would've been happy with some over the phone support but they allow me to service the bike locally at a shop of my choosing and I was reimbursed! I'd buy from there his again in a heartbeat.

Terrible experience. Polygon T8 came damaged. Cheap parts broke later and they would not refund me. Accessories purchased from them also broke. They are a pain to deal with and employ sketchy business tactics
