Helpful staff once I got the technical expert on the line. The initial call center worker, who was not a native English speaker, had some trouble with my questions, but once he referred me to the technical support person, I was well advised.

Great bikes for the money! Not the ego problems of the big big manufactures. They charge what a bicycle should cost. I had money left for upgrades. Packaging was fantastic. Our new bikes are a blast to ride! My 5 year old son can climb the 10% grade in front of our house now on his Polygon Premier XC 20 inch!

The ordering process was very easy. I had several questions about the bike, so I reached out to the support team and everyone I worked with was very responsive. The bike is a great value and I would definitely recommend Bikes Online.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this company is a complete scam. They take basic bikes from the factory and slap a ton of cheap parts on them and sell them as legit factory bikes. My bike showed up not working with incompatible parts that somebody forced onto the bike. Customer service is a joke, phone number only goes to a voicemail that is never returned, chat is just a bot that never gets to a human, and email is answered by somebody who doesn't know anything about bikes. After weeks of emailing and $400 worth of replacement parts and service later at a local bike shop, the only thing offered by bikesonline was a $50 credit for the inconvenience (which never showed up in my account...not surprised). Stay away from this company and their paid-for fake positive reviews.

My overall experience with bikesonline is superb. I bought a Polygon Relic 20-inch mountain bike for my child. The price was right, the shipping was good and the handling was excellent. Bikeonline used velcro straps with padding all over the bike parts securing them to each other. The attention to detail was beyond what I was expecting. There was no nonsense and the package came with the required instructions and tools to assemble the bike. In addition to the bike, there was a gift in the form of a keychain/bottle opener. I will most certainly be buying the next bike from this company and I highly recommend bikeonline. I would love to do a full video review soon.

I returned a bike during the 14 day window and they lied saying I crashed the bike and they had to replace parts. They even noted that the broken derailleur happened in a crash and could not have happened from shipping, which is a complete lie. Not sure how they can say that it was not broken during shipment.

Hey so I'm currently in contact with bikesonline.com, I ordered a bike and upon receiving it I noticed the box was damaged and many parts were sitting in the bottom of the box. I ordered pedals with the bike and they did not arrive with the bike, I called them and got a new set ordered thankfully. But the bike was damaged, it could have been packaged better to prevent it. I immediately contacted them and sent photos of it. They just barely told me that it's normal for bikes to be damaged during shipping and 70 dollars online credit is the best they can offer. I'm still working with them and will update this review accordingly, but in my opinion, if you receive a product that's damaged then you need a new one, I don't know if the damage on the bike goes deeper than what I can find, could just be some dents or could have breakdowns further down the road from it being banged around in shipping, and having that fear on a new bike is no bueno. Other than the being thrown to the curb for a bike that's damaged, the shipping was quick. I really rather just have a clean bike when you pay 3k for one Update February 24 2023 So they said they will accept the bike and return a new one that hopefully won't get damaged in shipping, Im very grateful that it appears my issue is being resolved, I asked if I could pay extra for the new bike to be packaged better or have fragile stickers put on it, they said that their shippers don't open the box at all so it can't be done unfortunately, will update when bike is received and inspected. March 3, 2023 They sent a new bike out and it came packaged far better and the box wasn't destroyed, the accessories box was still bizarre since the torque wrench has no inserts so you can't even use it, but that's fine a set of Allen keys I already had did the trick I just could torque them to spec. But I'm glad they sent a new bike and it looks good and I'm very happy with the resolve of bikes online. I'll change my one star to 4 stars. As far as recommending bikes online to others, I'm not sure I will, going through the process and everything wasn't ideal but hey if you read this comment and still want to then it's fine, if I got helped then you most likely will too.

No way I would recommend this shop to anyone. - Web site data was not up to date, which lead to overbooking of 2022 models (i ordered 2 bikes). In order to figure it out I needed to contact support, which they clearly can see on they end. - One of the bikes arrived with bended wheel. In order to ask for replacement they start to doubt me (although they say they have 'no questions asked' return policy, and I reported the problems right away) - Replacement wheel arrived with different tire than original one (thicker tire on the replacement wheel) - I re-order one of my 2022 bikes to be 2023 model, which has higher price, but clearly slightly lower quality. Some of the nuts did slipped more easily on 2023 model compare to 2022 one, and I used exactly same wrench and same hand pressure.

I got my bike as a Christmas gift and just love it! It is very easy and comfortable to ride. Changing gears is very easy as well. I like the look of it and it came to me in the box in great condition. I would highly recommend this bike and this company for any of your biking needs! The company kept in touch with me regarding shipping times right from the beginning. I know if I have any problems, I could call on them to help.
