SCAM ALERT!!! Wrong size delivered. Has major issues. Is now on sale for $600 less. ABSOLUTE GRUBBY SCAM of a store! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Although I had decent experience with this vendor in the past, they recently sold me a bike they did not even have in stock and shipped me the wrong bike. It took over a month from the order date to get a refund. I am sticking with local shops and more reputable companies after this.
FANTASTIC from start to finish. Bicycle was half the price of market value. It came in three days. The instructions were excellent and assembly very easy! The challenging parts of the bike were already put together. I only had to connect the handle bars, front wheel and pedals. ALL of the tools were included. Nothing was missing! I LOVE my 2023 Marin DSX2 gravel bicycle!
This is the worst customer service ever! I purchased a Marin San Alselmo. When the bike arrived on 7-21-2023 the brake line was leaking. I immediately called and got voicemail. I sent a note that night on the website with pictures of the issue. It was a Friday evening so on Monday they sent me a note asking for more pictures, which I sent. They said they would contact me within 48 hours. I followed up with a call and an email after 48 hours since I had gotten no response. After 3 days I get an email telling me that they are waiting on the manufacturer to handle the warranty. I keep following up by email and still no response. I called 11 days after getting the bike and nobody answered. Their voicemail instructed to leave a message or send an email and someone would get back to me in 48 hours. I finally after trying all the prompts on the phone got someone in sales. I tell them I want to send the this bike back. I have had it for a over a week, can't ride it, and can't get any service. They said they would call me back in an hour with instructions on how to return the bike. Four hours later, still no call. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they had NEVER gotten anything from BikesOnLine about any warranty work. Marin was great, they are standing by the bike and set up service at a local bike shop to handle the issue under warranty. BikesOnLine got my money but was no help at all. I will never buy a bike from them again. Horrible service!
Simple order, pedals. Not sure why they couldn’t inform me that they were mailing in a way that I would have to actually be at my house when the product arrives. Not sure why they can’t just arrange to leave it at the door. Now not only did I order petals but I ordered a task as well but don’t try calling customer support because they have no customer support. They have a chat line, which is a robot and the phone number for customer service always goes to voicemail, good luck getting a call back. Will never order from this company again and advise it. No one else does either.
OMG I swear either dumb as a box or rocks or from another country that doesn't understand English. 1. I ordered 1 bike, 1 extra set of pedals 1 pump. GOt 1 bike, 2 extra pedals and 2 pumps. Asked them 4 different times how to return. Thier last reply was, sorry u no longer want your bike here's how to return it.. OMG The bike had a few issues 1 resolved fast the other they argued with me b4 I told them to come get it if they dont fix it now. I sent pictures proving the clamp was bent and wouldnt fit the bars, their reply all clamps are the same.. I sent pictures proving the cable to the seat post was 2 short. Finally, I took it to the bike shop and the bike shop told them. After argument they paid for it 2 be fixed. Well I'm waiting to see the charge back. Bike is great but service sucks.
Pretty sure they hide their negative reviews on their site, lol which is pretty shady tbh, I posted a negative review and it doesn't show, last negative review is from like a year or more ago.
Bought a Fairfax 1 XS. Arrived really quick and in good shape (very good packaging). The specs in description are true. Nothing bent or missing. Front deraileur needed a little tweaking and both wheels needed a little trueing (but that's normal with any new bike). Overall very good. Been riding it non-stop for a month with no issue.
I bought an ex-demo bike at a discount. The description of the bike online included a couple of pictures of cosmetic defects. When the bike arrived it was exactly as described, no surprises. The bike was easy to assemble and so far I have not had any issues with the bike. Overall a really nice bike at a great value. The only gripe I had was, when I kept checking online to see if the bike had shipped, my account said - being processed. It wasn't until the day the bike was being delivered that I received an email stating the bike would arrive that day.
I am very pleased with my purchase from Bikes Online. I got a great deal on a great bike. I really enjoy riding my new Siskiu D7 and would recommend Bikes Online to anyone. The process is very easy and the instructions for getting my new bike setup and ready to ride was very clear and helpful. Thanks!
Great bike purchase experience. Excellent bike, great price, fast delivery and super responsive after sale customer service. Where I live independent bike stores are dying as they are bought out by brands. Bikesonline offers great alternatives. Thank you!
Purchased a 2023 Marin Muirwoods (demo model) in the early afternoon on April 4th and had it in hand by Noon on April 6th, and for a killer price. Bike was properly packaged & protected, greased and adjusted right. And though the website said it might have blemishes due to it being a demo model, I inspected it closely upon delivery and couldn't find any issues. Bonus: Received a nice hex multitool that I now carry in the saddlebag, and a bike keychain, which I thought was a nice little touch. I'm done buying bikes for awhile, but I'll definitely consider them again in the future.
My experience with your company and staff was pleasant. I was able to purchase the Helios A7X on 3/31/23 and the Strattos 8 on 4/4/24 (A110514). Purchased the requested sizes with no major problems. Delivery was within 6 days from purchase. Kia, in Customer Service, insured that my refund was processed in a timely manner and London in tech support was so helpful. Finally, there is no other place a customer can shop to purchase quality bikes with high end components at your prices. Since 2022, I have now purchased 3 bikes from Bikes Online. I was not paid for this review.
BikesOnline provided a nice website and videos to ensure the correct bike/size were made. The new bike met the expectations advertised. Easy to assemble and great fun!
My old faithfull Specialized Tarmac, now almost 15 years old, finally succumbed and the time was right to buy a new bike. I specifically wanted 105 groupset as a minimum however, to buy back into Specialized or any of the other "KNOWN" brand was going to cost a small fortune. Furthermore, to buy locally only meant waiting because no-one ever has my size in stock. I came across Polygon at 99 Bikes and did my research. Considering most bikes are mass produced from the same factories the 2023 POLYGON STRATTOS S7 DISC - SHIMANO 105 CARBON ROAD BIKE was a no brainer at almost $1000 cheaper than other brands and in some cases half the price and this is for a full carbon frame with 105 groupset. The bike arrived at my doorstep in 4 days, that's excellent considering I live in Regional Victoria and two of those days were the weekend. The bike was packaged nice and secure, I was impressed at the lengths went to, by 99 Bikes to ensure no rubbing on the frame. The bike was mint straight out of the box. Yes, there was some building involved, but seriously don't stress, your 10 year old could do it. My first impression with the Polygon Strattos, WOW! This is a nice bike, and light! My daughter who has special needs was able to pick it up. The bike rides beautifully; light, responsive, quick. For an everyday rider, couldn't ask for more. Overall, my experience with 99 Bikes has been top notch. So easy to order from online, great products and fantastic prices. Could it have been any easier?
Variety of Bikes. Price. Support. Quality of Polygon. Ease of Exchange (exchanged Polygon Premier 5 for Xtrada 7). Polygon Gili Velo has been "Out-of-Stock" for months ... decided to purchase Gili Velo's non-Electric "Twin" ... the Polygon Zeta 2 instead. Wow! Quality of Polygon bikes is so much better than other Bikes I have/had. Decided, because of quality of Polygon, to then purchase another Bike ... the Polygon Xtrada 7. Wish I knew about BikesOnline years ago. Have 2 Folding Bikes so that I can load them INSIDE my 4 Door Sedan. Compared Geometry of both those Folding Bikes with info I found on the website for BikesOnline ... and determined that I could load a 20 inch NON-folding bike inside my car. Polygon Zeta 2 is a FULL-Size bike frame ... so Larger/Better than my 2 folding bikes. Much better ride.
Great product and price along side friendly and knowledgeable staff
Bike is freaking sweet man, rides great. Best bang for the buck. Takes jumps really well, I could not ask more for a bike. I didn't have a high budget but I did have high expectations. 100% glad I got the bike!!
Exactly as advertised!

Sep 24,2023Recently returned a Siskui T8 , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE , multiple issues , the box was battered that was my first clue , when i opened the dropper seat cable was pulled out and the Cassette was a Sunrace , it was suppose to be an SHIMANO SLX as advertised , when i called to complain they stated that it was written on their site that they may change parts depending on supply , problem is they are down speccing and not even putting equivalent parts , also they didnt even aplologize about it , other brand like trek would give you a discount towards their store , Their customer service is also bad , no one picks up the phone , you leave a message and they email you back , when you email takes 2 days before they get back to you. I can understand that they are not as big as other bike brands but the overall experience male it totally not worth it . if your looking for a bike , save a little more and just go to consumer direct bikes like Canyon or Ferazzi. I am spreading the word to warn other cyclist
